Lasagna in a slow cooker is an incredibly tasty, gentle interpretation of an Italian dish, which turns out even better than in the oven. It is ideal for a family dinner, as it is easy to prepare and does not take much time to prepare food.

- Switch the device to the “Baking” mode and fry the minced meat in the bowl. When it starts to change color, add finely chopped onions and season with spices.
- Put tomato paste there, change the mode to "Stew" and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the minced meat from the bowl, put a little sauce on the bottom, and then the lasagna leaves. Smear them, cover with a layer of minced meat and grated cheese. Then lay out the layer of leaves again and fill the dish with the remaining Bechamel. Repeat the sequence if necessary.
- Cook in the “Baking” mode for another 60 minutes and serve.
Cooking with minced meat
Lasagna with minced meat is a traditional variant of this dish.
Most often, beef is used, but any one can be taken if desired.

- Smear the bottom of the bowl with a small amount of sauce, put the sheets, cover them with Bechamel again, put the minced meat and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the sequence of layers and pour lasagna with the remaining sauce.
- Turn the multicooker into “Baking” mode for 60 minutes.
With vegetables
Required Products:
- 8 sheets of lasagna;
- 100 grams of cheese;
- 0.25 liters of milk;
- two tomatoes;
- one zucchini;
- 30 grams of flour and the same amount of butter;
- bulb;
- 0.3 kg of minced meat;
- spices to taste;
- one bell pepper.
Cooking process:
- We turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode and in turn add all the chopped vegetables there. Bring them to softness and rosy, then transfer to another container.
- In the same mode, fry the minced meat, season it with spices and combine with vegetables.
- Put butter in a bowl and drown it. Then we introduce the flour, fry for a minute and pour the milk. Mix the composition well so that there are no lumps.
- At the bottom we put lasagna leaves, stuffing with minced meat and vegetables, a little grated cheese. Pour all the sauce and again repeat the calculation of the products.
- Bring to readiness in the program "Baking" for an hour.
Multicooker Vegetarian Lasagna
Products Needed:
- 8 sheets of lasagna;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- spices to taste;
- 0.5 kg of mushrooms;
- tomato sauce - four tablespoons;
- onion and carrot;

- a spoonful of olive oil.
Cooking process:
