Lavash Lasagna with Minced Meat - A Simple Recipe
Ingredients:
- pita - 4 pcs.;
- minced meat - a pound (it is better if it consists of a mixture of pork and beef in equal proportions);
- hard cheese - 0.3 kg;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- bulb;
- small carrots;
- a bunch of fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill);
- salt and sunflower oil - as needed.
To prepare a special Bechamel sauce you will need:
- half a liter of milk;
- 50 g butter;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;
- salt.
Step by step recipe:
- Peel onions, carrots, chop with a knife.
- Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan, sauté onion on it for 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced meat, sauté 10 minutes.
- While the minced meat is fried, prepare mashed tomatoes. To do this, make cross-shaped incisions on their surface, send for 2-3 minutes in hot water, and then in cold. After that, peel and mash the pulp with a fork.
- Send the resulting mashed potatoes to the pan, simmer with minced meat for about 8 minutes, then salt.
- Chop the washed greens, add to the filling, mix everything thoroughly and remove from heat for cooling.
- While the filling is cooling, make the sauce: mix a glass of milk with flour, melt the butter over a fire, add the milk and flour mixture, stir, pour in the remaining milk. Constantly stirring, cook the mixture until thick, then remove from heat and salt.
- Grind the cheese with a grater.
- Lubricate the form with oil, pour in a little sauce, put pita bread.
- Then put a third of the filling, pour the sauce, lightly sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cover with the next sheet of pita bread.
- Similarly lay out the remaining layers, cover with the last sheet of pita bread.
- Pour the rest of the sauce onto the surface of the structure, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake in a moderately heated oven (190 ° C) ¾ hours.
The top can be covered with foil to avoid burning.
How to cook "lazy" lasagna?
The following products are taken on 3 sheets of Armenian tortilla (pita bread):
- a pound of minced meat;

- First, minced meat is heated in hot oil for about 10 minutes, after it is salted and pepper, and then removed from the heat.

- Garlic is peeled, minced, sautéed in a frying pan, tomatoes are added to it, salt, pepper and stew until thickened. After that, remove from heat until cool.
- Oil the mold, lay out a sheet of pita bread, pour it over with tomato sauce, spread half the meat filling, sprinkle with parmesan.

- butter - 0.1 kg;
- flour - 6-7 tablespoons;
- nutmeg - 0.5 tablespoons.
Cooking toppings:
- Cut the peeled onions in half rings and spasser in vegetable oil.
- Put minced meat in a pan and fry for another 10 minutes.

- Then put the filling, tomatoes on it, then spill with sauce and cover with pita bread.
- Again lay out a layer of toppings, tomatoes, sauce, flat cake again, repeat the rows, finish with the remaining sheet of pita bread.
- Sprinkle the top with cheese chips, then put the mozzarella, tomatoes and pour over the rest of the sauce.
Bake at medium temperature for a third of an hour.

For 300 g of pita (divide it into 6 identical parts) take:
- 0.6 kg of minced beef;
- carrots;
- onion;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 0.4 kg of champignons;
- hard cheese;
- ketchup;
- 0.15 kg of yogurt (2%).
The general principle of preparation is similar to the previous recipes: first, the filling is prepared, then the sauce, then the “pie” itself is constructed.
Cooking toppings:
- Prepare the components: peel and chop the tomatoes, onion, carrot, finely chop the mushrooms.
- Put them in the multicooker bowl, stir in the minced meat, a little sunflower oil (preferably olive oil), close the lid and fry for a quarter of an hour.
While the filling is fried, prepare the sauce: mix ketchup and yogurt, you can season with spices.
Grease the bowl with butter, put a slice of pita bread, brush with sauce, lay out part of the filling. Lay out the following layers in the same way.
Spill the surface of the product with plenty of sauce and send to bake for a third of an hour, setting the “Baking” mode.
During this time, grate the cheese coarsely, and when the set time passes, sprinkle it with lasagna and bake the same amount of time.
The infused and cooled lasagna before serving is decorated with greens.
With minced fish and cottage cheese
Useful lasagna with an interesting taste is obtained from minced fish and cottage cheese.
For one thin sheet of pita bread you need to take the following products:
- 0.18 kg red fish fillet;
- 0.32 kg low-fat cottage cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- a glass of kefir;
- fresh herbs (dill);
- spice.
How to cook:
- Prepare the sauce: mix kefir and egg. With this mixture, soak the pita sheets and set them aside for 10 minutes to soak.
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, stir the egg into it, so that the mass becomes more viscous.
- Salted fish should be well salted and put away in the refrigerator. After a quarter of an hour, wash off the salt and grind it (make minced meat or cut into small cubes).
- Grind greens.
- Mix the prepared ingredients: curd, minced fish and dill.
