To cook a casserole from childhood, you will need the following products:

  • 250 g of noodles (pasta);
  • 250 g of cottage cheese (preferably medium fat);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 2 tbsp. l crackers for breading;
  • 1 tbsp. l butter;
  • 0.5 tsp salt.

The basis for noodles can be purchased pasta or cooked by hand. Making homemade noodles is easy, and 300 grams of flour is enough to cook it. Similarly, pasta is made from pasta.

Cooking noodles or pasta is not necessary until cooked, but slightly undercooked. They will reach the desired condition in the oven during baking.

  1. Boil the noodles in slightly salted water, previously brought to a boil. For purchased noodles and pasta, the cooking time is indicated in the instructions on the packaging. Homemade fresh products are boiled for about 3 minutes.
  2. We discard the pasta in a colander, rinse well with cold water and add a small amount of butter.
  3. Add the salt, eggs and sugar to the cottage cheese, rubbed through a sieve, mix thoroughly.
  4. We spread the resulting curd mass in noodles and also mix.
  5. Lubricate the baking dish with butter.
  6. We spread in the form of noodles mixed with cottage cheese.
  7. Level the mixture with a spatula and sprinkle with breadcrumbs for breading.
  8. We put the form in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake the dish for about 20 minutes.

Cooking in a slow cooker

The noodles in the slow cooker also turn out to be unusually tasty and tender. Often in such recipes use not ordinary noodles, but spaghetti.

For cooking, we select the products:

  • 200 g of spaghetti;
  • 400 g of any cottage cheese;
  • 450 ml of hot boiled water;
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. lvegetable oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l breadcrumbs;
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • salt (to taste).

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Among the programs offered in the multicooker, choose "Spaghetti". If there is none - “Pilaf” or “Stew”.
  2. Pour 450 ml of boiling water and pasta into a container.
  3. Cook until the end of the program.
  4. While spaghetti is boiled, you need to prepare the cottage cheese: rub until smooth through a sieve or mix with a blender.
  5. Add eggs, sugar and salt to the curd. Mix thoroughly and, when pasta is cooked, combine them with the curd mass.
  6. Grease the bottom of the multi-pan container with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  7. We spread the prepared composition into a slow cooker.
  8. Among the modes, select "Baking" and wait for the end of the program.

With the addition of dried fruit

To prepare a nutritious dish you need to take:

  • 250 g pasta;
  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • hard cheese (according to taste preferences);
  • butter;
  • dry fruits.

  1. Boil pasta and let it cool slightly.
  2. The curd mass can be either ground using a sieve or left in grains. We spread cheese, cottage cheese and favorite dried fruits in cooked noodles.

  • 8-10 g vanilla sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. l breadcrumbs or flour;
  • salt.

The ideal noodles are obtained if the mass of cottage cheese and pasta is approximately the same.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Boil the pasta until incomplete, put it in a colander and rinse it with running cold water.
  2. In the cottage cheese, previously ground, add simple and vanilla sugar, eggs, salt. The resulting mass is thoroughly kneaded.
  3. Add cottage cheese to pasta and knead well.
  4. Lubricate the baking dish with butter, sprinkle generously with breadcrumbs or bread flour. If the mold is made of silicone, it is not necessary to lubricate it.
  5. We spread the pasta-curd mass in a form, level and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  6. We spread sour cream and butter on top.
  7. We bake noodles with cottage cheese in the oven, heated to at least 180-190 degrees.

Baking time is an average of 35-40 minutes.

The recipe is like in kindergarten

  3. Pre-grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Mix the mixture with pasta and put it in a mold.
  5. We heat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the noodles for 15 minutes until golden brown.
