- Preheat the oven. The temperature will need 180 degrees.
- Place in the chicken in the oven and bake for half an hour.
Diet fillet in sour cream in a pan
You can cook chicken in a pan. Braised in sour cream with the addition of milk is especially aromatic thanks to the spices, herbs and garlic included in the dish.
Ingredients:
- salt;
- chicken meat - 950 g;
- sunflower oil;
- onion - 4 pcs.;
- black pepper;
- garlic - 10 cloves;
- dill;
- milk - 160 ml;
- hops-suneli - 1 tsp;
- flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- sour cream - 11 tbsp. spoons.
Cooking:
- Grate the garlic cloves. Chop a smaller onion. Place in a skillet and fry. Vegetables should acquire a golden hue.
- Cut meat into portions. You can use any chicken parts. Send to fry and fry until golden brown.
- Add flour to milk and beat. Pour into the pan. Add sour cream. Salt and sprinkle with sugar and spices. Pour in water so that the meat pieces are completely covered in the sauce.
- Cover and obscure for half an hour. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and simmer for five minutes.

Cooking:
- Rinse and cut the breast into whetstones. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Mix.
- Cut mushrooms.
- Place the meat in a pan and fry until golden brown. Move to a bowl.
- Place chopped onions in the same pan and fry. Add mushrooms and simmer for seven minutes.
- Return the breast back. Pour in sour cream. Stew chicken with mushrooms in sour cream sauce for a quarter of an hour, after closing the lid.
In mustard sauce
Mustard will give the sauce a special taste and aroma.
Ingredients:
- salt;
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- chicken breast - 4 pcs.;
- black pepper;
- olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- wheat flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Cooking:
- Dice the bird fillet. Place in a hot pan with butter. Fry a quarter of an hour. Cooking is better on a low flame.
- Sprinkle with flour. Stir and brown for three minutes.
- Pour in hot water and stir. Lumps should not remain. Water should cover all chicken pieces.
- Pour sour cream. Stir. Add mustard and stir. Quench a quarter hour under the lid. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Mix.
For sauce, use fat sour cream and always fresh. If you purchase a stale product, it is more likely that the sauce will curl when exposed to high temperatures.
Chicken fricassee with sour cream
The most delicate dish that you want to cook often. Juicy, easily digestible meat in sour cream sauce is nutritious and tasty.
Ingredients:
- salt;
- chicken fillet - 550 g;
- sour cream - 170 ml;
- butter - 55 g;
- seasonings;
- flour - 4 tbsp. spoons.
Cooking:
- Dry and slice the meat portion. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Stir.
- Melt the butter in a pan and place the chicken pieces. Fry.
- Pour with sour cream and add water so that the meat is completely covered. Sprinkle with seasonings, mix and cover. Darken on minimum heat for half an hour.

- chicken thigh - 950 g;
- salt;
- milk - 75 ml;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- spice;
- sour cream - 270 ml;
- onion - 2 pcs.
Cooking:
- Rinse and dry the chicken. Prepare a heat-resistant container where the meat will fit in one layer.
- Chop the onion. The resulting half rings are placed on the bottom of the tank. Cover with a thick layer of chicken. Cover with foil or lid and send to the oven. 180 degree mode. Soak for a quarter of an hour.
- Crush garlic cloves and add to sour cream. Sprinkle with spices. Pour in milk and salt. Mix.

Chicken goulash in sour cream sauce

- large chicken breast - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- salt;
- garlic - 8 cloves;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- flour - 1 tsp;
- boiling water;
- sour cream - 5 tbsp. tablespoons oily;
- seasoning;
- tomato paste - 1 teaspoon.
Cooking:
- Cut the fillet into pieces, which should be portioned. Peel and chop large garlic cloves.
- Mix garlic cubes with meat. Sprinkle with seasoning, mix and pickle for three hours.
- Onions are required in small cubes. Grate the carrot, it is better to use a large one.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Put vegetables. Fry a quarter of an hour.
- Put the meat slices in the roasting. Stir and brown. It will take eight minutes.
- Pour flour into sour cream and add tomato paste. Beat. There should be no lumps. Add boiling water to the resulting sauce; its amount should be equal to the amount of sauce.
- Pour the sauce in a thin stream into a skillet. Stir and salt. Cover and boil for a quarter of an hour.
