• 1 large onion and carrot;
• 620 ml of drinking water;
• 1 head of garlic;

1. Prepare zirvak by frying in the baking program all chopped vegetables with chicken, chopped in large pieces.

Product Composition:

• 1 kg of chilled chicken wings;
• 1 tbsp. l sweet mustard;
• ½ tsp. ground black and red pepper;
• 1 pinch of salt;
• 6 to 7 cloves of garlic;
• 350 g of tomatoes;
• ½ multi-cup soy sauce;
• vegetable oil.

Cooking:

1. Wash tomatoes, scald with boiling water, peel them. Send vegetables to the blender bowl.Add salt and garlic there. Puree the mass until smooth. Pour peppers into it.
2. Wash the wings, cut through the joints. Grate with salt, coat with mustard and tomato mass. Leave it cool for a couple of hours.

• 420 g of chicken;
• 1 onion;
• vegetable oil;
• 850 g of potatoes;
• 420 g of white cabbage;
• 180 ml of boiled water;
• 1 clove of garlic;
• salt and pepper to taste;
• ¼ bunch of chives.

Cooking:

1. Heat vegetable oil in the bowl of the device. First, fry the thin onion rings in it. Then add the cubes of garlic, meat, salt and spices. Cook 10 to 12 minutes.
2. Pour small onion cubes into the slow cooker.
3. Top with very thinly chopped cabbage.
4. Pour boiling water. Simmer foods for 25 minutes under the lid.
5. Add salt, mix the components. Simmer until cooked for another 25 minutes.
6. Pour chopped green onions.

Product Composition:

• 1 small chicken carcass;
• 1/3 Art. medium fat sour cream;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• 5 tbsp. l flour;
• 90 ml of oil;
• 1 tbsp. filtered water;
• table salt, favorite spices.

Cooking:

1. Chop the chicken into medium slices.
2. Mix flour with salt and spices. Roll in it washed slices of meat.
3. Fry chicken in hot oil until a crust on each side.
4. Put salted sour cream for meat. Add crushed garlic.
5. Pour in water.
Stew the dish for 80 - 90 minutes in the stewing program. Serve with any dry side dish.

Fried chicken breast

Product Composition:

• 1 large breast;
• 3 tbsp. l oily sour cream and refined oil;
• salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

1. Rinse the breast fillet, cut into medium pieces.
2. Grate with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Grease with sour cream. Leave the chicken in this form for 40 minutes right on the table.
4. Send the meat to the bowl of the multicooker with heated oil.
Fry the slices first on one side and then on the other side until golden and ready.

Multicooked chicken pasta


Product Composition:

• ½ kg of chicken;
• 330 g of any pasta;
• 2 pcs. Tomatoes
• 1 carrot;
• 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
• 1 tsp salts;
• 1 onion;
• dry aromatic herbs.

Cooking:

1. In a suitable program, fry in vegetable oil cubes of carrots, onions and tomatoes without skin.
2. When the vegetables are soft, add a small slice of meat to them. Fry until the chicken whitens.
3. Pour salt, dry aromatic herbs into the bowl.
4. Pour dry pasta into the device. Pour in hot water so that it completely covers the contents of the bowl.
5. Activate the “Pilaf”, “Stew”, “Rice” or other suitable mode for 25 minutes.

1. Put the chicken parts in the oiled bowl of the appliance. Fry until browned.
2. Pour plate of mushrooms, onion cubes to the meat.
3. Fry the ingredients together for 5 to 6 minutes.
4. Add sour cream with salt and aromatic herbs.
5. Stir the contents of the container.
Stew the dish in the stewing program 30 - 35 minutes.

French Chicken with Cheese


Product Composition:

• 4 chicken fillets;
• 2 medium tomatoes;
• ½ bulb;
• 90 g of hard cheese;
• 2 tbsp. l sour cream;
• 1 tsp salts;
• a pinch of freshly ground pepper;
• 4 tbsp. l filtered water.

Cooking:

1. Beat off the fillet pieces. Rub your hands with a mixture of salt and freshly ground pepper.

4. Cook the chicken in the stewing program for 35 minutes under the lid.
5. Pour in pieces a large amount of grated cheese.
Close the lid again, and continue cooking for another 7 to 8 minutes.

Multicooker rolls

Product Composition:

• 3 chicken fillets;
• ¾ Art. prunes and walnuts;
• 1 large head of onion;
• 90 g of grated parmesan;
• 2 eggs;
• 90 g breadcrumbs;
• 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise and butter;
• salt and pepper;
• 2 tbsp. l granulated sugar;
• 1 tbsp. sour cream.

Cooking:

1. Cut the fillet into thin slices. Each beat off, spread with a mixture of fine salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Finely chop the onion and bring to a browning in butter in the “Fry” program.
3. Soak prunes in boiling water, finely chop. Mix with crushed nuts. 1 handful set aside.
4. Add fried onions, grated cheese, mayonnaise to prunes.
5. Stuff the resulting stuffed prepared meat pieces. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
6. Beat the egg, pour breadcrumbs into a separate bowl.
7. Dip each roll first into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumbs.
8. Fry them until tender in the remaining butter from the onion.
9. Put all the finished rolls in the bowl of the device, pour in a mixture of sour cream, sugar and remaining nuts.
Cook in the baking program for 25 minutes with the lid closed.
