Ingredients Composition:
- oil (sunflower and cream) - 50 g each;

Cooking method:

When we open the julienne pot, we will see an appetizing crust, somewhat reminiscent of a delicious film on baked milk. Who would argue that this is not ours, the most that neither is a Russian dish !?
Cooking with buckwheat
Chicken in a pot with crumbly cereals will be your favorite dish, if cooked properly.

A set of components:
- onions - 3 pcs.;
- lean oil;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- garlic cloves - 4 pcs.;
- chicken - ½ bird carcass;
- rice - 300 g;
- spices, herbs.
Cooking process:
- The washed meat is separated from the bones, chopped into pieces.
- We clean the vegetables, chop the onions in half rings, cut the carrots into round plates. We pass the products in oil until soft, then attach the chicken pieces, mix the components of the dish, quickly fry over high heat.

Stages of preparation:
- In the presented recipe, it is better not to use chicken breast - it is a bit dry. If the shins or thighs of the bird are selected, we separate the meat, let the bones go for other purposes. We wash the products well.
- We chop the peeled potatoes into small cubes. In the same form, chop the remaining processed vegetables. Finely chop the cloves of garlic. We place all the components in a spacious bowl, mix well.
- We spread portions of meat to the bottom of each pot, we place the vegetable composition on it, leaving free space on top. Pour 10 ml of drinking water into each container.
- We send closed dishes with food for 50 minutes to the oven. Do not forget to lower the initial maximum temperature to an average value (180 ° C).

The ability of this cereal to combine with other products, creating surprisingly bright flavor combinations, allows you to cook a wide variety of dishes with it.

Cooking method:
- We clean and wash the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, distribute them in pots. We chop the onion with ringlets, put it on the root crops. On top we have pre-treated thighs and bird wings.
- Each layer of products is slightly salted and pepper. The quantity, composition and ratio of vegetables indicated in the recipe can be adjusted according to your preferences or wishes of the family.

Unusual homemade noodle dish
