To make such a meal, you will need the following products:

  • 300 g chicken breast;
  • 300 g of buckwheat, rice or egg noodles (you can replace spaghetti);
  • 300 g broccoli;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 3 bell peppers;
  • 2 to 3 onions;
  • a few cloves of garlic;
  • hot pepper pod;
  • 150 ml of wok sauce (can be replaced with soy).

Work sequence:

  1. Chop the carrots in semicircular pieces, onions and bell peppers in half rings, chop the pod and garlic as finely as possible.
  2. Divide broccoli into inflorescences, scald with salted boiling water, drain the liquid and leave to cool.
