However, this is not surprising, because it is from simple ingredients that you can cook a real gourmet meal that will amaze you with an unusual combination of tastes.

Chinese sweet and sour chicken with pineapple

Oriental cuisine is surprising in its diversity. Sometimes, after tasting some delicious food in a Chinese restaurant, I want to learn how to cook it yourself. And today we will try to cook a fairly well-known dish - chicken with pineapple.

Prepare in advance:

  • a pound of bird fillet;
  • a can of canned pineapple rings;
  • two pods of colored pepper;
  • 35 g chopped ginger root;
  • two tbsp. l mashed tomato and starch;
  • one tbsp. l flour;
  • frying oil;
  • any fruit vinegar and soy sauce.

Cooking method:

  1. We leave meat blocks for half an hour in soya seasoning, then mix with a spoonful of starch and flour.
  2. In small portions, fry the pieces of meat and spread on a napkin to remove excess fat.
  3. Pour oil into a clean pan, in which we fry the cubes of bell pepper for three minutes. Then we put ginger, vinegar, slices of fruit and pour half a glass of syrup from under the pineapples.
  4. After two minutes, we send tomato puree, remaining starch and pieces of fried meat to the other ingredients. Mix everything and simmer under a closed lid for seven minutes.

Chicken in sweet and sour sauce in Chinese is ready.

With cabbage and pasta

Chinese chicken is cooked not only with exotic fruits, but also with other ingredients. And today we will serve a spicy chicken with Chinese cabbage and pasta for dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 220 g pasta;
  • 420 g filet;
  • 210 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • one and a half glasses of green peas;
  • a spoonful of grated ginger;
  • on a spoonful of sesame and granulated sugar;
  • two tablespoons of wine vinegar;
  • ½ tsp flakes of red pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour a spoonful of sauce and sesame oil into a bowl, mix with slices of fillet. Marinate the meat for 20 minutes.
  2. The remaining soy seasoning and oil are mixed with vinegar and granulated sugar.
  3. In oil, fry the chicken pieces and spread on a plate. In its place we put green onions, shredded cabbage, as well as ginger, red pepper and, if desired, chopped green onions.
  4. After 10 minutes, add the pieces of meat with the sauce and after another as much - boiled pasta. Stir and turn off the fire.

Cooking with vegetables

Vegetables are one of the main ingredients in the preparation of Chinese dishes.

Most often, Chinese cooks use celery, Chinese cabbage and broccoli.

But in our kitchen we can create our own masterpieces based on classic recipes of Chinese cuisine.

Ingredients:

  • 320 g of poultry meat;
  • two red and one green bell pepper;
  • two onions;
  • carrot;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • a spoonful of olive oil;
  • 80 ml of soybean dressing.

Cooking method:

  1. We cut the breast and onion with cubes, carrots with washers, and pepper into cubes.
  2. In hot oil, fry the meat sticks for three minutes.
  3. Then with an interval of three minutes we put carrots, onions and sweet peppers.
  4. In a bowl, mix sugar with soya seasoning and pour the resulting sauce into the ingredients. Chicken with vegetables should be swept for another seven minutes.

Chinese Chicken with Rice

Chicken with rice according to the Chinese recipe is a great dish that perfectly combines all the ingredients. You can use any vegetables, as well as adjust the sharpness with spices and chili peppers.

Ingredients:

  • 320 g of meat;
  • half a glass of rice grains;
  • 180 g of string beans;
  • 1 tsp grated ginger;
  • Bell pepper;
  • two tablespoons of soya dressing;
  • two pinches of sugar;
  • oil, onion feathers.

Cooking method:

  1. Fry pieces of meat in oil until golden brown.
  2. Separately, fry vegetables, and then stew them with boiled cereals.
  3. Combine all the ingredients, pour the sauce, put the sweet sand and ginger. Also, the ingredients can be salted and pepper to taste.
  4. We will extinguish the dish for a few minutes, after which it can be served.

With peanuts

Peanuts are very popular in Asian cuisine. It is often added to meat and vegetable dishes, and also used in the preparation of sauces. And now we offer an original Chinese recipe for chicken with peanuts.

First, the nut must be dried in a dry frying pan, then peeled and broken into several parts.

Ingredients:

  • 370 g of chicken;
  • half a glass of peanuts;
  • two tablespoons tomato puree;
  • 20 ml of regular sugar, soya seasoning and apple cider vinegar;
  • 1 tsp. ginger chips and sesame seeds;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • frying oil.

Cooking method:

  1. First, in heated oil, we pass the pieces of garlic together with grated ginger and pepper.
  2. Then put the meat slices to the spices and cook them for five minutes.
  3. After pouring the sauce, vinegar and add the paste. Five minutes later, pour the sesame seeds and peanuts, warm the ingredients for a couple of minutes and remove from the stove.

In hot sauce

Our next recipe will surely be appreciated by fans of savory meat dishes.

Chili pepper and Tabasco sauce will give a hotness to the dish, but in the recipe we will also use pineapple juice, which will make the sauce sweet and sour and slightly reduce its hotness.

Ingredients:

  • 680 g filet;
  • 180 ml pineapple juice;
  • onion head and small carrots;
  • chili pepper pod;
  • five drops of Tabasco;
  • 20 g of starch;
  • two garlic cloves;
  • 70 ml of soya seasoning.

Cooking method:

  1. We begin the cooking process by pickling pieces of meat along with vegetables and chili peppers in a dressing of black sauce and Tabasco.
  2. Then fry the ingredients soaked in spicy marinade for no more than ten minutes in heated oil.
  3. Pour fruit juice with starch, simmer the dish for another eight minutes and turn off the stove.

Chinese Chicken with Soy Sauce

Chinese cooks prepare their dishes on an open fire and use a wok pan. But even in an ordinary frying pan and stove, you can cook no less fragrant and mouth-watering dishes according to the Chinese recipe.

Sesame oil is used in the preparation of meat dishes, but it can be replaced with olive or the usual sunflower for us.

Ingredients:

  • 210 g of chicken;
  • half of the onion;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • a small piece of ginger;
  • three tablespoons of soy dressing and wine.

Cooking method:

  1. In the recipe we will use wine. In China, there is a special strong drink with a sweet and sour taste, but the usual semisweet is suitable for our case.
  2. Chicken meat is cut into thin strips, onions into half rings, and ginger and garlic are cut into large plates.
  3. In heated oil, fry until rosy spices. If you are a fan of spicy dishes, you can add a pod of hot pepper.
  4. As soon as the oil absorbs all the aromas, remove the garlic and ginger, and begin to fry the meat in small portions so that it quickly becomes crusty. If you put all the meat in a pan at once, then getting the desired effect will be quite difficult.
  5. Now the fried chicken pieces are fried for several minutes with onions. As soon as it becomes transparent, pour the sauce, wine and cook until all the liquid has evaporated.

In the preparation of sweet and sour sauce, you can increase / decrease the amount and composition of the ingredients yourself, thereby making the dishes more sweet, sour, spicy - such as you like.
