  2. Drain the liquid. Pour chicken into fresh water and boil. It takes about half an hour to cook.
  3. In the process, do not let the water boil violently, but you must definitely remove the foam. To preserve the taste of the chicken, do not rinse it with hot water and place only in a cold liquid.
  4. Salt, sprinkle pepper and simmer for another five minutes. If you want a perfectly clear broth, strain the liquid through cheesecloth.
  5. Chicken and chop into the broth.

It remains to chop the greens and add it to the chowder before serving.

In a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • water - by the volume of the bowl;
  • allspice - 5 peas;
  • chicken - up to a kilogram;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • laurel - 2 leaves;
  • salt;
  • black pepper - 5 peas;
  • carrot - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse meat and remove fat.
  2. Peel vegetables. You do not need to chop onions, but it is better to cut carrots into three parts.
  3. Place chicken and vegetables in the bowl. Throw peppercorns and add parsley.
  4. Pour in water, salt. Close the lid and set the quenching mode.
  5. Set the timer for an hour and a half.
  6. Open the lid periodically and remove the foam.

After the timer signal, the soup should be insisted for half an hour. Then get a bowl, remove food from it, take gauze and strain the liquid. This procedure will make the broth perfectly transparent.

Chicken Noodle Soup - Step by Step

This chicken broth soup comes out simple but tasty and hearty.

Ingredients:

  • salt;
  • chicken - half a kilo;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • vermicelli - 2 handfuls;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • pepper;
  • greens - 25 g;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.

Cooking:

  1. Put the meat pieces in the water. Put on the stove, wait for the seething. Drain and add the same amount of water. Boil the meat for a quarter of an hour.
