Cookies with sesame seeds (or from it) - a delicious dessert, suitable for tea or coffee. It is quite easy to prepare and very useful, especially for children: sesame contains much more calcium than many other foods. And if you try to bake it in different ways, then the taste will “sound” every time in a new way.

A few words about calories
Despite the apparent lightness, sesame cookies are unlikely to be suitable for diet food. Not only because it is a sweet dish, but also because of the sesame itself, which is not in vain called the "oil plant". It contains a lot of vegetable fat - even oil is crushed from sesame seeds. So there are plenty of calories in such a dessert, and young ladies who monitor weight and figure should not get carried away with them.
Having eaten only a hundred grams of your favorite cookie, sweetened will receive:
- 8.5 grams of protein (11 percent of the daily value);
- 24.7 grams of fat (almost 26 percent of the required daily volume);
- 50 grams of carbohydrates (which is about 17 percent of the amount needed per day).
The total calorie content reaches 433.5 kcal (1814.98 kJ) - this is a quarter of what the body is supposed to provide for one day.
But from time to time you can pamper yourself. And if the calorie content of sesame cookies is not frightening, since by nature an increase in the waist does not threaten, or simply does not worry, the more you should get acquainted with the recipes of goodies.
Crunch Sesame
Such baking reminds oriental delicacies, light and appetizing crunchy. There is another plus - to cook it, you do not need a lot of effort, time, and it is not necessary to be an ace confectioner. Everything is done quickly and easily.
Take 0.5 kilograms of sesame seeds. Fry lightly in a pan to achieve a golden hue.
Then let's do the test. We will need:
- a glass of granulated sugar;
- a pair of raw testicles;
- half a glass -100 g - oil (vegetable);
- a glass (200 g) of premium wheat flour (first you need to sift it);
- baking powder (if there is no special confectionery, soda is also suitable).
Carefully grind testicles with sugar. We introduce the oil and flour into the resulting paste in any order. Knead well, and after that we add the stored baking powder.
Send to the cooked mass our sesame (while hot). Now you need to put it on a baking sheet with a spoon (the bottom is already covered with parchment). We will smooth the dough with a fork. If you use a spoon or spatula, it will stick.
We put the container in the oven (it is heated to 180 C), and after 10 to 12 minutes we take it out.
During this time, our dough grabbed. We cut it with a sharp knife into rectangles and move it away from each other (so that the sides of the cookies bake too). We put back and hold the same amount.
Such a "pastry" is very good to cook in the oven with convection mode (when the heating shades are turned off).
If the equipment is normal, then after 10-13 minutes you need to look and check if it is burning.
Add lemon juice
If you use a cookie recipe with sesame seeds and lemon juice, then it will turn out not so dry as in the previous case, but more magnificent.
It is interesting: puff pastry cookies
The following products will be needed:
- 60-65 g of butter (butter);
- 120-130 g of granulated sugar;
- 70-75 g of flour (preferably the highest grade);
- chicken egg;
- 160-170 g of sesame seeds;
- half a teaspoon of salt and soda;
- tea a spoonful of lemon juice (freshly squeezed);
- ½ tea tablespoons vanilla (or a bag of vanilla sugar).
We begin the process.
- Dry components (excluding sugar) are combined into a common mass.
- Butter (standing on the table in the kitchen, it became soft), beat with sugar (first with a fork). There we put the egg, vanilla, pour lemon juice. You need to beat all this again thoroughly for at least 25 seconds. Now our assistant is a mixer.
- We set the appliance to a low speed and at the same time we slowly introduce flour into the mixture with a thin stream.
- When we finish, we interfere with the sesame in the dough (all that is). You can raw, you can pre-fried to a golden hue.
- While we were preparing the dough, our oven was fried up to 180 C.
- Be sure to put a special parchment on a baking sheet. Place a portion of the dough on it with a dessert spoon, but not too close to each other. Then, spreading, cookies will not stick together.
- Bake at least eight, but not longer than fifteen minutes. Then our shortcakes will not remain raw, but they will not burn.
With cheese - for beer
Sesame cookies can be served not only with hot tea or warm milk, but also with cold drinks - juices (for example, tomato) and even beer. Only in the latter case, such an appetizer is not made sweet.
We are trying to create it.
- We take out a larger deep bowl from the cabinet. Sift high-grade flour (glass) made from wheat into it, and then add grated cheese (150-160 g, hard, any kind).
- After that, we add soft oil (from cream) into the resulting mixture and drive in a fresh chicken egg. We carefully mix everything.
- The line for seasoning. We have ¼ tea. tablespoons of nutmeg (grated) and a full teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
- It turned out elastic tight dough. Wrap the prefabricated foil and send it to cool in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Roll out (the layer should not be thin). We squeeze the blanks with special baking figures.
- We place them on a special silicone mat and grease with egg yolk (before that beat it with a spoon of water). We follow so as not to miss a single cookie.
- Ten minutes in the oven will be enough for the beer appetizer to get to the right condition.
Striped Zebras: Baby
Children adore bright - and toys, and clothes, and even food. Therefore, two-color cookies with sesame seeds will go with a bang!
To bake such “zebra moths”, you will have to prepare a rather impressive list of components:
- sesame (white) - four to five table. spoons;
- coffee (soluble is better) - enough of a teaspoon with a slide;
- on a tablespoon of plain and condensed milk;
- 10-12 grams of baking powder;
- creamy margarine (200 gram packaging);
- three pieces of eggs;
- 1.3 cups of granulated sugar;
- ½ cup sesame flour;
- ½ cup potato starch;
- three and a half cups of flour (premium wheat).
Now you can start.
- All dry products (except granulated sugar) are combined into a common mixture.
- We turn two eggs and sugar in a mixer into a white air cream.
- Introduce margarine into it, which was melted and cooled before.
- Little by little we add our dry mixture to the resulting liquid. Knead the dough. It should turn out to be gentle and soft.
- We assemble the workpiece in a “gingerbread man”, wrap it with cling film. In this form, leave for one and a half to two hours in the refrigerator.
- We divide the "bun" into parts - from three to four. We roll out each, but not very thinly. Cut out the molds. For example, bunnies, horses, hippos (which you have). Children really like to “glare” cookies in this form. While one piece of dough is working, the rest are waiting in line on the refrigerator shelf. The dough is buttery and should not lose shape when baking.
- We create a coffee and egg "cocktail". For him, we dissolve coffee in milk, drop the yolk of the last egg there and beat it.
- Thickly smear animals from the dough and with a fork we “draw” wavy patterns.
- In the oven, at 180 C, hold no longer than 8-10 minutes. Cookies during this time will brown and “grow up”.
- The final touch is to “color” each side condensed milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds so that they stick.
- Now the "zoo" is ready to be eaten.
And if without flour?
You can bake sesame cookies without wheat flour. Not at all. Do only sesame seeds, thoroughly grinding the seeds (it is convenient to use a coffee grinder). It will also be very tasty.
How do we cook?
- Sugar (it needs half a cup) mash with a pair of yolks from chicken eggs.
- Add sesame flour (take 250-270 g) to the resulting sugar-egg mixture.
- We won’t forget about vanilla (or vanilla sugar).
- Knead and get the dough. We’ll “house” it on paper cupcake bags. Or just spread it on a baking parchment with a spoon.
- After 10 minutes, when browned, we get it. And glue two little things in the “sandwiches” with any sweet cream.
