In a marinade with honey in the oven

Tender chicken wings in soy sauce with honey are spicy in taste and very tasty in appearance.

Honey sauce is slightly caramelized under the influence of temperature and turns into a shiny spicy glaze.

Required grocery set:

  • wings - 700 g;
  • natural honey - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • lemon - ½ pcs.;
  • soy sauce of any kind - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - a pair of cloves;
  • curry, coriander and other favorite spices - 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil (refined) odorless - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt is optional.

The cooking process in steps:

  1. Wash the wings, dry with a paper towel, divide into parts and put in a bowl. Salt, season to taste and mix.
  2. For marinade in the microwave, we heat honey to a liquid state, add lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, crushed garlic. We mix everything.
  3. Pour the meat with marinade, mix, cover with a lid and leave for 2 hours (or better at night) for soaking.
  4. We put the pickled wings in 1 layer into a mold slightly greased with vegetable oil, and send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Frying takes 20 minutes. After this, turn the portion and fry for another 15 minutes on the other side.

During cooking, an incredible aroma is floating in the kitchen, from which saliva will run. We serve serving with baby corn, sweet and sour or barbecue sauce.

You will need:

  • chicken wing (without the third phalanx) - 2 kg;
  • refined sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • lemon - 2 pcs.;
  • sweet mustard (French) - 1 tbsp. l with a slide;
  • crushed garlic - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • ketchup (non-sharp) - 1/3 cup;
  • aromatic spices (turmeric, crushed coriander, white pepper, etc.) - optional;
  • salt - a pair of pinch at will;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l ..

The scheme for cooking goodies on the grill:

  1. Scalp lemons with boiling water, rinse and steam in a bowl with boiling water for 3 minutes. We take out, cut and squeeze the juice, filtering the seeds.
  2. Chop the garlic finely.

Fragrant chicken wings in soy sauce can be cooked in a slow cooker.

A smart gadget will not let the meat burn or dry out.

The required set of products:

  • meat - 1 kg;
  • odorless vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • granular mustard - 3 tbsp. l with a slide;
  • sweet ketchup - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • aromatic honey - 2 tsp;
  • salt - a pinch at its discretion;
  • sweet and sour apple - 1 pc.

Cooking goes according to this plan:

  1. Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl, set the “Baking” program.
  2. We spread the chicken wings in the warmed oil, where they are fried for 20 - 25 minutes.
  3. After 20 minutes, turn the meat over and lightly add. Pour the chopped apple and fry for another 20 minutes until the end of the program.
  4. While cooking, knead the sauce. To do this, combine soy sauce, honey, as well as ketchup with mustard.We recommend not to overdo it with salt, as soy sauce is initially salted.
