Step-by-step cooking process:
- To prepare the marinade, mix the lemon juice, sauce, butter and honey in a bowl, mixing well with a whisk or a fork.
- Wash the wings under running water, if necessary, remove the remains of rough skin and feathers.
- Leave the wings in a colander to drain excess water, then transfer to a bowl and pour the marinade. Stir to make the wings evenly coated with sauce. Leave to soak for a couple of hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment or baking mat. Spread wings, sprinkle lightly with pepper and bake for half an hour.
On a note. You can add mustard, ground ginger, dried mint, chopped rosehips, cranberry or lingonberry juice to the marinade if desired.
In a slow cooker
Wings in a multicooker cook very quickly:
- 1 table. l ketchup;
- 3 table. l vegetable oil;
- 1 ½ table. l honey;
- 1 small sour apple;
- 1 table. l mustard;
- 1 kg of fresh chicken wings;
- 1 table. l soy sauce;
- 2 tea l salt.
Cooking wings in a slow cooker is as follows:
- Prepare the chicken component in advance by washing it thoroughly and drying it with paper towels.
- In the slow cooker, select the “Baking” program, time 40 minutes.
- Heat oil in a multi-cooker bowl, fry wings on all sides for 5-7 minutes. Then salt and continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash and wipe the apple, cut into thin plates, removing the core. Add slices to chicken, mix with a spatula and leave to cook until the end of the remaining time.
- Prepare a honey-soybean marinade by mixing the remaining products together.
- After the cooking end signal, select the “Pilaf” program, pour wings with apples in the marinade and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
On a note. Salt should be added to the dish carefully, as the sauce is quite salty.
Chicken wings in honey and soy sauce in a pan
You can cook delicious wings in honey-soy sauce in a pan using the following list of products:
- ½ lemon;
- 70 g of soy sauce;
- spices for chicken;
- salt;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 3 table. l tomato or ketchup;
- 1 table. l fast. oils;
- 900 g of wings;
- 2 table. l honey.
Description of the preparation:
- Prepare the main component, rinse in water and clean as necessary.
- Separate the wings into joints with a sharp knife.
- In a deep frying pan or saucepan, heat the oil and fry the slices until a crust appears.
- While the wings are fried, prepare the sauce by mixing in a bowl all the other ingredients. When the meat is cooked, pour it with sauce and simmer for 10 minutes after boiling the liquid. After the sauce thickens a little, the fire can be turned off.
Bake with potatoes in the sleeve
Wings in honey-soy sauce with potatoes are cooked in the sleeve:
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- wings - 700-800 g;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons. l .;
- dry white wine - 3 tables. l .;
- honey - 2 tables. l .;
- soy sauce - 2 tables. l .;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- salt.
Preparing a full meal with a side dish is as follows:
- Prepare the marinade from wine, salt, honey, sauce, chopped garlic and butter.
- Wash the wings and, if necessary, clean, cut into joints into pieces. Pour the marinade, mix a little and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours. If you need to cook a meal faster, let them soak for at least an hour.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into small slices.
- Fold the wings with the marinade in the sleeve, top the potatoes, add a little salt. Put the closed sleeve in the baking dish and send to the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
On a note. The mold is placed lower so that the sleeve does not touch the upper wall of the oven during baking.

Fast in the microwave
- chicken wings - 10-12 units;
- buckwheat honey - 2 tablespoons. l .;
- soy sauce - 30 g.
You can simply and quickly cook using the microwave:
- Rinse and clean the wings well.
- Mix with honey and sauce by hand.
- Put the main component filled with the marinade into the multicooker bowl. Select the program "Grill" or "Baking", time - 15-17 minutes.

The wings prepared according to the following recipe are perfect as a beer snack:
- wings - 1 kg;
- honey - 2 tables. l .;
- soy sauce - 3 tables. l .;
- adjika - 1 tea l .;
- garlic - 4 cloves;

Cooking in a simple way:
- Rinse and dry the wings, cut along the joint. The top can not be used in cooking.

- Rinse the wings, allow the liquid to drain, then marinate in a deep container. Marinate for 3 hours.
- Bake at 180 degrees. in half an hour.
With garlic
A spicy dish will turn out if you add more garlic:

- honey - 3 tables. l .;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- soy sauce - 5 tablespoons. l .;

Cooking garlic wings:
