Ingredients:

  • peeled squid carcasses - half a kilo;
  • chicken yolk - 1 pc.;
  • pepper - 2 pinches (ground);
  • onion - 1 head;
  • breadcrumbs - 7 dessert spoons;

Cooking:

  1. Defrost seafood at room temperature. Large cut. Rinse with ice water.
  2. Chop the onion finely and fry until browned in any oil.
  3. Send squid and onions into a blender bowl.
  4. To the ground mass send salt, cracker crumbs (half), pepper, yolk.
  5. From the resulting slurry, with wet hands, mold small cutlets.

  • peeled small shrimp - 100 g;
