- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- milk - 100 ml;
- bread - 100 g;

- I put slices of bread in a bowl and pour milk, set aside.
- I cut the meat into pieces and pass through a meat grinder along with onions chopped into quarters.
- I grind soaked bread in the same way, after squeezing it well.
- In a large bowl I combine: ground beef, raw egg, bread, salt and spices.
- I thoroughly knead the resulting mass and beat off so that the cutlets are more dense and do not fall apart.
- I cover the baking sheet with parchment.
- I make oval shaped patties, flatten them slightly with my palm to make them more even, and lay them on a baking sheet.
- I send to bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
Tip. If you want to give the cutlets more juiciness - during modeling, put a small piece of butter inside each product.
