I want to eat something sweet, but don’t know what exactly? Then try making a royal cheesecake using the following step-by-step recipe. Be sure you will not be disappointed. In addition, the process itself will not take you much time and effort.
What is needed:
- cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
- drain. oil - 200 g;
- flour - 2 tbsp .;
- chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
- sugar - 1 tbsp .;
- vanilla sugar - ½ coffee spoons;
- salt - ½ coffee spoons;
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
Oil is taken from the refrigerator and rubbed into a bowl on a coarse grater. Add the baking powder, a couple of tablespoons of sugar and salt. Manually grind the mixture to the state of small crumbs. In another bowl, all the remaining sugar is mixed with cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and eggs. In this case, the mixture does not need to be whipped with a mixer or whisk - this is a very important point that you need to remember.
In a greased form, crumbs of oil are laid out, divided into 2 parts. On top is a sugar-egg mixture and finally again crumbs. Do not want to bother with heating the oven? Then try to make a dessert royal cheesecake with cottage cheese in a slow cooker! In terms of taste, the sweetness will definitely come out no worse, and it will take much less time to cook.
What is needed:
- flour - 2 glasses;
- cottage cheese - 400 g;
- sugar - 2 glasses;
- drain. oil 200 g;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - ½ coffee spoons;
- chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Chilled butter is cut into medium sized pieces. Add flour, salt, half sugar and baking powder to the bowl to it. Thoroughly mix the mixture and grind manually to the state of crumbs.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, the remaining sugar, cottage cheese and vanilla sugar. The curd part is placed in a clean multicooker bowl, and the crumbs of butter are placed on top. We distribute the mixture evenly over the surface and turn on the “Baking” mode in the multicooker. To cook a royal cheesecake with cottage cheese, you will need an hour and a half.
With raisins

- sugar - 250 g;
- drain. oil - 170 g;
- curd mass - 400 g;
- raisins - 100 g;
- chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
- slaked soda - ½ teaspoon;
- vanillin - 1 pinch.
For the preparation of cottage cheese cheesecakes, you will need a round shape of diameters from 25 to 30 centimeters. We take a bowl and beat eggs with sugar in it until a state of uniform mass. We also put cottage cheese with vanilla there, mix thoroughly. Next is the washed raisins.
Diced butter from the freezer is mixed with flour, and then chopped manually or with a knife into crumbs. In extreme cases, you can use a coarse grater. At the end, add soda to the mixture. It is important not to knead the dough, otherwise the butter may melt.
The flour portion is divided into two halves. The first is densely compacted into a baking dish, followed by cottage cheese, which is also evenly distributed over the entire surface. At the end, the remaining crumbs of flour and butter are laid out. Remember to seal the edges. Dessert is cooked in an oven warmed up to 180 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Oven chocolate treat
This is a rather unusual dessert, which is also known to many under the name Brownie. Try to reproduce this yummy yourself at home, if other sweets are already pretty tired of you.
What is needed:
- cottage cheese - 200 g;
- chocolate 72% - 100 g;
- drain. oil - 100 g;
- flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
- sugar - 150 g;
- vanillin - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - 1 pinch.
A pair of eggs and 100 g of sugar are mixed (do not beat!) In a bowl. In this case, extreme care must be taken. After that, flour and vanillin are added to the mixture. Sliced butter mixed with broken chocolate bar. Melt it all in a water bath or in the microwave, depending on which method is more convenient for you.

- flour - 300 g;
- drain. oil - 100 g;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- vanillin - 1 teaspoon;
- cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
- sugar - 1 tbsp .;
- cherry - 100 g.
The butter is ground together with half the sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla, and then crushed into crumbs. Tamp half the mixture to the bottom of the mold and put it all in the refrigerator for hardening.
In another bowl, the curd is mixed with the remaining sugar, cherry and eggs. The form with the basis for dessert is taken out of the refrigerator and a second curd layer is laid out there.
