How to Cook Chinese Noodles at Home

- Chinese rice noodles are made from only two ingredients - rice flour and water. Take 260 g of flour and 100 ml of plain water, knead the dough for at least an hour and form a few lumps.

Classic Chinese Recipe
The classic recipe for Chinese noodles involves the use of veal, as well as several seasonings and spices.
Ingredients:
- 380 g of Chinese noodles;
- 350 g of veal;
- onion;
- two cloves of garlic;
- ginger;
- ½ tsp brown sugar;
- a spoon of tomato puree;
- three tablespoons of sesame oil;
- two tablespoons of soya seasoning.
Cooking method:
- Cut the meat into strips and cook in salted water until tender.
- In hot oil, we pass the chopped ginger, garlic and half onion rings.
- Literally after half a minute we put the boiled veal and season the ingredients with sugar, sesame oil and tomato paste.
- Now we spread the prepared Chinese noodles, pour in the sauce, mix the ingredients and after a minute remove the finished dish from the fire.
Chinese noodles with chicken and vegetables

You can add green peas and leeks to the recipe - it will turn out not only tasty, but also very attractive.
Ingredients:
- 370 g bird fillet;
- 350 g of Chinese noodles;
- a couple of carrots and as many sweet pepper pods;
- five cloves of garlic;
- six spoons of soya seasoning;
- a spoonful of sesame seeds.
Cooking method:
- Cut the fillet into thin sticks and pickle in soya seasoning with chopped garlic cloves.
- Fry the pickled meat in warmed butter until golden brown.
- Then we put straws of sweet pepper and orange vegetable to the meat, cook for 15 minutes.
- Now spread the boiled noodles and sesame seeds, pour the sauce and simmer the ingredients for a couple of minutes.
Shrimp Cooking
Chinese cuisine is not without seafood, and therefore, national noodles are often cooked with such ingredients. For the recipe, you can take any marine life or a ready-made mix of seafood, but be sure to add vegetables and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 320 g of noodles;
- 650 g of shrimp;
- six tablespoons of oil (sesame);
- 20 ml of rice vinegar and soya seasoning;
- carrots and sweet pepper pods;
- two garlic cloves.
Cooking method:
- We cut the vegetables into strips, chop the garlic with plates and overcook it in oil. If there is no sesame, then we use the usual vegetable, but odorless.
- As soon as the vegetables are soft, put the seafood and fry them until golden.
- We spread the boiled noodles to the other ingredients, season with sauce and vinegar, keep it on fire for a couple of minutes and serve.
With pork
If you like a combination of unusual and contrasting flavors, then be sure to try Chinese noodles with pork. For flavor add some mushrooms and chopped ginger.
Ingredients:
- 480 g pork tenderloin;
- 180 g of mushrooms and noodles;
- ginger;
- three cloves of garlic;
- Bell pepper;
- on a spoon of honey and rice vinegar;
- on a spoon of ketchup and flour.
Cooking method:
- In hot oil, overcook thin strips of pork with minced garlic, grated ginger and flour.
- Separately, we fry the mushrooms with cubes of sweet pepper, as well as honey, vinegar and ketchup.

Chinese noodle salad

- 130 g of noodles;
- 400 g beef steak;
- 280 g asparagus;
- clove of garlic;
- a spoonful of sesame oil and lemon zest;
- half a glass of red wine (dry) and Teriyaki sauce;

- a pinch of fennel seeds and a few anise stars.
Cooking method:
- First of all, we need to cook the marinade. To do this, mix grated ginger with lemon zest, spices, crushed garlic, as well as with Teriyaki wine and sauce.
- Pour a few spoons of marinade into a stewpan and fry the asparagus in it. We remind you that you need to cut off the ends of the asparagus, lower it for five minutes in boiling water and only then cook it in a pan.
- Now pour the remaining marinade into the same pan, evaporate it a little and fry the beef strips in the resulting composition.

Stir fry with egg noodles and scrambled eggs
Stir fry is not a dish, but a method of heat treatment. In Asia, sty-fry is the most popular cooking method, which consists in quickly frying foods.

Ingredients:
- Chinese egg noodles (230 g);
- two stalks of green onions;
- medium carrots;
- two eggs;
- soybean sprouts (110 g);
- two tsp soya seasoning.

- Cut the carrots with elegant small sticks and fry in hot oil for five minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add to it soybean sprouts and onions, fry for ten minutes, do not forget to constantly mix the ingredients.

- 60 ml of soya seasoning.
Cooking method:
- In heated oil, we pass the half rings of onions, then add to it slices of mushrooms and thin strips of sweet pepper. Fry the ingredients for about seven minutes.
- We send beans to the prepared products and simmer them until they are ready.
- We spread already boiled noodles, pour in the sauce, sprinkle with red pepper and warm the dish for five minutes.
- It remains only to chop the green onions with straws three centimeters long, add it to the noodles, mix and turn off the heat.
