- Vanilla sugar - 1 packet (8 g.);
- Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp;
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp;
- Salt - 1 pinch.
Cooking step by step:
- Rice without stones thoroughly washed 4-5 times in warm water and dried on a towel. Sift the flour.
- Rectangular form for cupcakes (10x20 cm.) Lubricate with oil and sprinkle with flour.
Cold butter for 2 minutes sent in a large bowl to the microwave to quickly soften it. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar to the butter and beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves and the mass becomes lush. - Put the prepared raisins in a bowl and mix with a spoon.

- Fragrant dough is sent to the finished form, smoothed out and in order to get a crack when baking on the crust, we make an incision in the middle with a pastry shovel.
- We send the form to the oven at 160 degrees for 80 minutes. We check the readiness of baking with a thin wooden stick, pierce in the middle and, if it is dry, the product is ready. If raw, then bake another 10 minutes and check.
- Cool the fragrant cake, take it out of the warm form, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite drinks.
Rye flour recipe
Capital cupcake is also prepared with the addition of rye flour. It will make the crust of the product even denser and tastier, and the shelf life of the cake will increase from 7 days to 10 days. - Raisins (pitted) - 100 gr.;
- Lemon - 1 pc.;
- Baking powder - ½ tsp
Cooking:
- We take out the oil from the refrigerator 20 minutes before making the cake, to speed up the process, it can be softened in the microwave. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice by hand, rub the zest finely. Pour washed raisins for 10 minutes with hot water and dry on a towel.
- Put the prepared butter, lemon zest, fine granulated sugar in a bowl, break the eggs and beat with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved. To speed up the process, sand can be replaced with powder.
- Pour milk, lemon juice into the resulting lush mixture, add flour, prepared raisins, baking powder and beat at low speed.
- We lubricate a round or rectangular shape, sprinkle with flour and evenly distribute the finished aromatic mixture.
- We bake a delicious product at 160 degrees 55 minutes. We take out the lemon cake, cool, generously sprinkle the powder through the strainer and serve. Keep the cupcake in a food bag for no more than 7 days.
Curd cake with raisins
Airy flavored cupcake, which according to GOST standards is prepared from cottage cheese 18% fat. The dough is supplemented with a large amount of raisins and baked in a rectangular shape.
Ingredients:
- Flour (premium) - 150 gr.;
- Sugar - 165 gr.;
- Icing sugar - 2 tbsp .;
- Curd 18% - 130 gr.;
- Butter - 75 gr.;
- Small chicken eggs - 2 pcs. (80 gr.);
- Raisins - 175 gr.;
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Cooking:
- Wash raisins, pour hot water for 10 minutes and dry on a towel.
- The butter in a large bowl is sent to the microwave for 1 minute. Add fine sugar to dissolve faster, and beat with a mixer at medium speed until it is full.
- We wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve and put it into the prepared mass. Beat well.
Break eggs into a bowl and beat with a mixer again. - Add prepared sifted flour, baking powder to the mixture and mix with a mixer at low speed.
- Prepared raisins are introduced into the dough and mix with a spoon.
- Lubricate the form (10x20), sprinkle with flour and evenly distribute the prepared unleavened dough in it.
- Send the cupcake to the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 55 minutes. We check the readiness of baking with a wooden thin stick.
