  • salt potatoes immediately after the start of boiling liquid;
  • Knead the boiled tubers with a whisk or pusher. Using a mixer or a blender will make the mass sticky (“rubber”), but not as lush and airy as we would like.

Well, now we are preparing simple meatballs:

  1. Peel potatoes and carrots, divide the tubers into quarters, place in a pan. We fill the dishes with filtered water, boil the vegetables until cooked. Do not forget to salt the boiled broth.
  2. We drain the liquid, chop the potatoes to a puree state, adding butter, finely grated carrots and flour. We get a viscous thick composition.
  3. When the mass cools down a little to the possibility of working with it with your hands, attach the egg, crushed garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. We heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, form potato balls up to 2 cm thick, and bread them with breadcrumbs. Fry the products to a delicious golden crust.

  2. Boil the mushroom product in slightly salted drinking water, then recline into a colander, finely chop, fry with chopped onions. Season the composition with garlic squeezed through a press, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Cool the finished potatoes, knead thoroughly, combine with the egg and spices.
  4. We take a portion of mashed potatoes, arrange a small cake. We spread a spoonful of mushroom filling in the center of the circle. We connect the potato edges, slam the product in the palms, like a cutlet. In this way we use all the components of the dish.
  5. Bread rolls, gently squeeze until flat, fry in a hot frying pan in a lean fat until golden.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes in a “uniform”, cool, free from the peel. Turn the tubers into mashed potatoes, add the egg, add portions of heated milk, salt, pepper and seasonings. Constantly mix the composition until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. We spread the chopped onions in a pan, fry in oil, then add minced meat, continue the process until the products are ready.
