  • one onion;
  • a piece of chicken;
  • four tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • two tomatoes.

Required Products:

  • 600 grams of potatoes;

Required Products:

  • kilogram of potatoes;
  • 0.2 liters of cream;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • three tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Cooking process:

  2. Bring the indicated amount of cream to a boil, add seasonings and crushed garlic to them, make the weakest fire and cook for about five minutes, then pour in the milk and hold on the stove for a couple of minutes.
  3. The resulting mixture is coated with potatoes in a mold, and the dish is wrapped with foil. We cook in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes, turning on the temperature by 180 degrees.
  4. After the allotted time, remove the foil, sprinkle the ingredients with grated cheese and leave in the oven for another 10 minutes until a beautiful ruddy color is formed.
