Carp in sour cream with tomatoes

Tomatoes in the recipe add flavor to the dish, save the fish from drying out and look beautiful when serving.

Ingredients:

  • carp - carcass about 1 kg;
  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

For baking in the oven, it is better to choose a mirror carp. He has a thicker skin that prevents evaporation of moisture.

Cooking method:

  1. We wash the carcass from the entrails, scales and fins.
  2. We take a large lemon and squeeze the juice onto the fish. A little trick: if you push the lemon on the table with pressure, it will be easier to squeeze.
  3. Rub the surface of the fish with salt and spices, leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes. Marjoram, rosemary and curry are great for carp. If such seasonings are not at hand, you can do with any pepper and dried herbs. They also perfectly shade the taste of the dish.
  4. While the fish is pickling, prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream, butter and flour, add the right amount of salt.
  5. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Both sunflower and olive will do. Add chopped onion rings. Put fish on top. Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side until a light crust appears.
  6. Coat the carcass with sauce, put it in a mold. Put fried onions and tomato slices on top.
  7. Bake fish in the oven for 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180-200 ° С.

Ingredients:

  • carp - 1 carcass;
  • potatoes - 6 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • sour cream - 500 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • dried marjoram and basil - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin circles. Spread evenly on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. Salt and add spices on top. Grease a layer of potato with sour cream.
  2. We put peeled and washed fish on top. Sprinkle with herbs, add a layer of sour cream and grated cheese.
  3. Next, you need another layer of potatoes with sour cream, salt and spices.

  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;

  • sour cream - 100 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. We clean the onion and cut into half rings. Fry until soft.
  2. Cut the carrots into small cubes or rub on a coarse grater. Add to the onion and fry for 4 minutes.
  3. We remove the pepper from the core, cut into strips. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. To easily remove the skin, put the tomatoes in boiling water for a minute, and then pour over with cold water. Add pepper and tomatoes to the pan and simmer everything together for another 5 minutes.
  4. Salt and pepper the vegetables, remove from heat, leave to cool.
  5. We clean and wash carcasses of carp. To get a crispy crust, the fish should be blotted with a paper towel. Then add salt and pepper.
  6. We start the fish with vegetables, fasten the edges of the abdomen with toothpicks. Coat the carcass with sour cream on all sides.
  7. We spread on a baking sheet, oiled. We put in the oven, heated to 180 ° C, for 40 minutes.

 

Cooking in mustard marinade

Ingredients:

  • carp - 0.5 kg;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • mustard - 1.5 tbsp. l .;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • seasoning for fish - 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix sour cream, mustard, soy sauce and seasoning.
  2. The resulting marinade is coated with pre-cleaned, washed and dried carcasses. Leave for half an hour. In order for the fish to be better saturated, you need to make two cuts along the back at a distance of 2 cm from each other.
