- 1 kg of cabbage

- 5 tbsp frying oil
- 2 medium onion heads

- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 leaf parsley
- 0.2 l fresh mushroom broth

How to cook deliciously, steps step by step:
- Prepare onions, mushrooms and cabbage: peel, wash.
- Cut the onion into thin half rings, mushrooms in small pieces. Heat a spoonful of oil on a saucepan and fry vegetables for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally for uniform heat treatment.
- Finely chop the cabbage and pour into a separate pan or stewpan, add mushroom broth, add half the remaining oil, make a small fire and simmer under the lid for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add mushrooms with onions, tomato, sugar and prepared spices and spices. Stir, cook for a quarter of an hour.

Tip. For the preparation of gravy, it is most delicious to use homemade sour cream - the dish will turn out to be very tender, with a rich taste. It is worth noting that pork and beef during cooking soften longer than chicken. Tender and juicy meat will turn out with a total processing of more than one and a half hours.

Quite unusual, but very tasty and satisfying recipe with minced meat and rice.
For cooking you will need:
- small cabbage
- 0.4 kg of any minced meat
- 1 small carrot
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- half a glass of raw rice
- several branches of greenery
- ground salt and pepper to taste
Cooking step by step:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat, 5-7 minutes are enough. Salt and pepper a little.

- 2 large potatoes
- 300-400 gr fresh cabbage
