For such a sauce, crushed garlic is added to sour cream, as well as finely chopped fresh herbs. The mass is salted to taste and served on the table. If homemade do not like slices of greens in the sauce, you can chop it with a blender. In addition to salt, it is allowed to use a variety of aromatic herbs to improve the taste of the mixture.

Another delicious sauce for squid rings is prepared on the basis of mayonnaise (2 large spoons). Also taken: a pinch of dried basil, garlic to taste and 2 mal. tablespoons of classic soy sauce.
