Frozen Green Bean Lobio
Lobio is a popular dish from green beans in the Caucasus. There are countless cooking options for this mouth-watering snack. Different housewives give the dish a special taste by adjusting the amount of spices and herbs. In Uzbekistan, it is cooked with meat, and in Georgia - with nuts. It’s easy to make a classic version of the national Georgian lobio, and you can use frozen green beans.
Would need:
- bean freezing - 1 kg;
- walnuts — 100 g;
- onion - a couple of pieces;
- tomatoes — a pair of pieces;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- olive oil - 70 g;
- some greens (cilantro, parsley and basil);
- to your taste: salt, red capsicum, ground and black peppercorns;
- spices to your taste: oregano, suneli hops, zira, paprika, thyme.
Cooking.
- First you need to prepare all the products: chop walnuts in a blender, wash vegetables and herbs under running water, peel the garlic.
- Tomatoes are pre-kept in boiling water for 20-30 seconds, and then peeled. Greens, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes are chopped in small pieces. Each clove of garlic is crushed on a cutting board with a knife into pieces.
- Beans are cut into pieces about 4 cm long, ponytails are removed and boiled in salted water for 7-9 minutes.
- Onions are placed in a frying pan with oil. It is fried until transparent over medium heat.
- Pieces of tomatoes are added to the resulting frying. Constantly mix the mixture, and after 3 minutes add salad pepper.
- Vegetables are fried for 2 minutes, then chopped herbs, spices, garlic are mixed.
- Everyone overcook a minute. Then add the beans, pepper and salt.
- Stew the mixture on the smallest fire for about 6 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, add chopped nuts, mix everything well and remove the dish from the heat. You can eat hot and cold appetizers.
How to cook on a side dish?
This frozen vegetable is a real find when there is no time to “cook” for a long time.
In 20 minutes you can make beans on a side dish. The dish goes well with the taste of meat, fish or poultry.
Cooking.
- Frozen beans are cut into 3-4 parts and the tails are removed. It is thrown into salted boiling water for a maximum of 4 minutes. The product is taken out of boiling water and placed in cold water.
- Garlic and onions are peeled, washed and chopped.
- Onions are placed in a pan with hot vegetable oil.
- When it is a little fried, add beans, add salt to taste and stew the resulting mixture under a lid for about 3 minutes.
- Throw in the resulting dish garlic, ground pepper if desired, mix and remove from heat. Let stand under the lid for about 5 minutes before serving.
In a pan with an egg
A duet of green beans with an egg is a perfect combination, tasty and nutritious.
Would need:
- bean freezing — 0.5 kg;
- egg — 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- salt and ground pepper to taste.
How to cook.
- Frozen beans are washed and cut into 3 parts, then boiled in salted water for about 6 minutes.
- Grind the peeled onion. In a separate container, beat the eggs, adding a little salt and pepper.
- Onions are thrown into a heated pan with vegetable oil, fry it until transparent.
- Beans are added, mixed and poured with egg mass.
- The mixture is removed from the heat after a couple of minutes when it thickens.
- You can add a tomato at the end of the preparation, and then overcook another 2 minutes. Serve hot to the table, if desired, sprinkle with dill or other herbs.

Green beans in a multicooker
The recipe helps to minimize occupancy in the kitchen and is suitable for lovers of a healthy diet. String beans are not thawed before use.
Would need:
- bean freeze - 450 g;
- large carrot - 1 pc.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- tomato paste - 50 g;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- 1 bay leaf;
- coriander and salt to taste.
How to cook.
- The carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater, the onions are cut into small pieces, the frozen beans are chopped into several pieces.
- Combine vegetables with bay leaf, oil, salt and coriander.
- Place the ingredients in the multicooker bowl. Stew for half an hour.
- 10 minutes before the end of cooking add tomato paste.
With tomatoes and garlic
Delicious vegetarian food that can be used for a full dinner or breakfast, eat during fasting or protein diet.
Would need:
- bean freeze - 450 g;
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- carrot - 1 pc.;
- garlic - a couple of cloves;
- tomato paste — 40-60 g;
- frying oil;
- salt, ground pepper to your taste.
How to cook.
- Lightly defrost the beans, cut them into several parts and boil for 7 minutes in salted water.
- Wash the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into slices, onion into small pieces, grate the carrots, chop the garlic on a garlic ginger.
- Place onions in a frying pan with oil, then carrots. When they are browned, add tomatoes, garlic and tomato paste.
- The mixture is salt, pepper and simmer for about 12 minutes.
- Attach boiled beans, mix and bring to readiness (it will take about 5 minutes).
Chicken Noodles with Frozen String Beans
A hearty and tasty dish for the whole family. This recipe is simply created in order to facilitate kitchen chores.
Would need:
- noodles - 400 g;
- chicken fillet - 450 g;
- bean freeze - 300 g;
- salad pepper - 2 pcs.;
- garlic - a couple of cloves;
- soy sauce —50 g;
- a bunch of green onions;
- some salt and pepper;
- vegetable oil for frying.
How to cook.
- Chicken cut into small pieces is combined with chopped garlic, soy sauce, pepper and salt. Mix well and leave to brew for 15 minutes.
- Salad pepper is cut into small pieces, the onion feathers are crushed, the frozen beans are divided into 3-4 parts.
- In a skillet heated with butter, brown the chicken fillet until cooked.
- Beans and peppers are fried separately, previously they are lightly salted and pepper.
- Boil the noodles in salted water.
- Combine all ingredients, mix and warm for a couple of minutes. Before serving, decorate with chopped onion feathers.
With fried onions and mushrooms
A dish rich in vitamins will make the menu more varied, perfect for vegetarians and those who want to lose weight.
Would need:
- bean freeze - about 400 g;
- champignons (or other mushrooms) —250 g;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- butter — 40 g;
- soy sauce — 6 teaspoons;
- some salt, ground pepper and nutmeg;
- parsley (dill) greens for decoration.
Cooking.
- Beans are cut into several parts and boiled in salted water for 6-7 minutes (not previously thawed).
- Mushrooms are washed, coarsely chopped and boiled for about 20 minutes.
- Onions cut into thin rings are fried in oil until transparent.
- First add mushrooms to the pan, and after 10-15 minutes, beans, nutmeg and soy sauce.
- All ingredients are fried for another 5 minutes, adding salt and pepper to your taste.
- Before serving, decorate with chopped herbs.
Hearty Bean Salad
The dish is seasoned with mayonnaise, therefore it is quite high-calorie. In winter, fresh tomatoes can be replaced with pickled cucumbers, then we get a delicious all-season salad.
Would need:
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 400 g of bean freeze;
- 250 g of ham;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- A little pepper and salt.
Cooking.
- Frozen beans are boiled in salted soda for 5-7 minutes, thrown into a colander and cooled.
- Cut the ham into strips, tomatoes and onions into small pieces, grate the cheese.
- All products connect. Salt and pepper are added, seasoned with mayonnaise and mixed.
