How to cook lazy cottage cheese dumplings
For cottage cheese dumplings, lazybones with a sweet taste and vanilla aroma, it is necessary to prepare products in the following proportions:
- 500 g of cottage cheese;
- 145 g flour;
- 1 egg
- 40-50 g of sugar;
- 2-3 g of vanilla powder;
- 3-4 g of salt.
Step-by-step sequence of culinary processes:
Cottage cheese should be selected rather fat and without sourness. If the fermented milk product is granular, then it is first wiped through a sieve, scrolled through a meat grinder, or slaughtered in a blender.
- Put all products except flour in a bowl. Then, using a potato masher or fork, knead and mix until smooth.
- Flour through a fine-mesh sieve and mix with the curd mass. As a result of the actions described above, you will get a soft, slightly sticky curd dough to the palms.
- Having wet your hands in water, roll thin sausages from the dough and cut them into small dumpling pieces.
- Throw cottage cheese dumplings into boiling water with a small amount of salt and cook until it emerges. Catch the cooked dumplings with a slotted spoon and send in a plate to the table with sour cream, honey, condensed milk or fruit jam.

- 400 g of cottage cheese;
- 60 g semolina;
- 55-60 g of sugar;
- 3 g of salt;
- 2 g of vanillin;
- flour for deboning.
Working process:
- Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, combine with sugar, salt, vanilla and semolina. Leave the mixture for 30-40 minutes, so that the semolina is thoroughly swollen.
- Next, roll small pieces of dough into balls no more than a walnut and roll in flour. Boil the curd balls 3-4 minutes after boiling water again. Serve with any sweet sauce.

Diet lazy dumplings with cottage cheese
Cottage cheese, eggs, wheat flour and other products that are part of lazy dumplings are not only tasty and healthy, but also quite high in calories. You can reduce the calorie content of a dish by replacing the flour with oatmeal ground in a coffee grinder, and take the dairy product fat-free.
Products used in the preparation:
- 400 g fat-free cottage cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 180 g of oatmeal, ground into flour;
- sugar and salt to taste.
Cooking method:
- In one container, combine all the ingredients of the dish. Carefully mix the mass so that the uniformity of its texture allows work with it.
- Put a pan with enough water on the fire. Meanwhile, form small balls from the curd mixture, which are then boiled in boiling water. The perfect complement to this diet dish is yogurt or jam.
How to cook with cherries
This is a recipe with a “twist”, or rather with a cherry inside. Berries can be taken frozen, canned or seasonally fresh, but always seedless.

- 40 g semolina;
- 60 g of wheat flour;
- 90 g of granulated sugar;
- 1 egg

Sequencing:
- Knead the curd dough and give it a little rest, 10-15 minutes are enough. For lazy dumplings as in kindergarten you need to take:
- 440 g of cottage cheese;
- 40 g of sugar;
- 1 egg
- 3 g of salt;
- 140 g of flour;
- 40 g butter.
Sequencing:
- Add the sugar, egg and flour to the grated curd. Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a layer 1 cm thick, which dissolve into strips 2.5 cm wide and cut them into squares, rectangles or rhombs.
- Cook in boiling water over low heat for four to five minutes. Serve dumplings by pouring with melted butter.
Salted lazy dumplings with potatoes and cheese
To cook lazy dumplings with potatoes and hard cheese you will need:
- 400 g of potatoes;
- 100 g of hard cheese (such as "Parmesan" or "Pecorino");
- 1 egg yolk;
- 100 g of flour;
- 10 g of fresh dill;
- 20 g butter;
- salt and black pepper.
Cooking Technology:
- Boil peeled potatoes until soft in salted water. Then strain the water, and mash the potatoes until mashed with butter.
- Add the yolk, small cheese chips, chopped greens, salt and spices to the potato mass. Stir everything thoroughly.
