  1. Crush the yeast into the water. Pour kefir. Add sunflower oil. Sweeten. Pour salt. Sift the flour. Knead. Send to heat for a couple of hours.
  2. Boil the potatoes and turn into mashed potatoes. Grate cheese and mix with potatoes. Chop greens. Send in mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with ginger and pepper. Mix. Roll up five balls.
  3. Cut the dough. It will take five parts. Roll out the formation. Place the filling. Connect the edges. Knead with your hands. The diameter should be equal to the pan.
  4. Warm up the pan. Fry the workpiece on both sides.

With meat filling
