- salt - 1/3 tsp;
- powdered sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
- oil - 160 ml.

- In a bowl suitable for kneading dough, break the eggs.
- Following the salt. It will contrast with powdered sugar, which goes to decorate brushwood.
- Beat: no need to try hard - an ordinary fork will cope with the matter.
- It was the turn of vodka: pouring it in, mix well. Note! Vodka is not the only alcoholic drink that is suitable for the recipe. Rum, strong liquors, brandy and cognac, as high-percentage drinks, will also help make the brushwood crispy.
- Without ceremony, we interfere with the whole amount of flour: the dough should turn out cool.
- The resulting mass, which, incidentally, should not stick to your hands (if it sticks, pour in more flour), is rolled into a ball and wrapped with cling film, we are sent for 30 minutes in the cold.
- We roll out the rest of the dough portioned into thin layers. Remember that airiness depends on the thickness: the thinner, the more porous.
- The resulting sheet is cut into longitudinal strips or diamonds.
- With any cutting method, in the center we make a hole through which one edge of each flour product must be turned.
- Since brushwood is fried quickly enough, before sending it to boiling oil, the whole dough should take the form of twisted strips or rhombs.
- Fry dessert in vodka at home in a pan or deep-fried.
- After a short frying process, we fold the cookies onto paper towels so that excess oil does not spoil the taste.
Sprinkle abundantly thin, crisp brushwood with powder. Combine with vanilla or cinnamon if desired: for a pleasant aroma.
Cooking at home
Now a variant of thin, crisp brushwood, but on a sweet dough.
Cooking time - 20 minutes.
To cook brushwood, take the following products:
- flour - 400 g;
- vodka - 25 ml;
- sugar - 100 g;
- eggs - 2;
- salt - a pinch;
- water - 100 ml;
- oil - 500 ml;
- icing sugar - 100 g.
Do brushwood like this:
- Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
- Pour in the vodka. Remember that any strong alcohol will do.
- We introduce water - it should be at room temperature.
- For a tablespoon, we begin to introduce flour.
- Knead the dough on vodka. You get what you want if the dough is tight. At this point, stop kneading, and proceed to the next step.
- We roll it to the state of a thin circle, and cut it several times from edge to edge: we get triangles with one rounded edge.
- From the side of the round edge, stepping back a little, make a cut and turn the product.
- Having remade all the dough into brushwood, we proceed to frying. This should be done using a large amount of oil.
Fast recipe in 15 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes.
To prepare the test on vodka, in addition to 30 ml of alcohol, we take:
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 2 tbsp .;
- salt - 2 pinches;
- powdered sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
- oil - about 10 ml.
Cooking:
- Again, start by beating the eggs. Only this time, before the intervention of the salt, it is necessary to pour vodka.
- We achieve lush foam, do not confuse with sustainable. Advice! If children will be among the tasting persons, we recommend taking 50 g of sugar.
- Pour a couple of tablespoons into the egg mass: immediately at the time of adding - knead.

- 10 g of sugar;
- a pinch of lemon peel;
- a pinch of salt;
- 70 ml of water;
- 30 ml of vodka;
- a glass of flour;
- 4 g of baking powder;
- 200 ml of oil.
We perform the following actions:
- Sift the flour, not forgetting to add the baking powder to it.
- So that sugar and salt are evenly distributed over the dough, add them in the second stage.
- For sugar and salt we send the zest to the dough: it will give the brushwood a pleasant aroma.
- We pour water and vodka into the flour - they should be at room temperature.
- The dough should be tight and cool.
- Before rolling and slicing the dough, cover with a film and give a rest.

Ingredients:
- egg;
- kefir - 150 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- vodka - 40 l;
- flour - 200 g;
- oil - 150 ml;
- powdered sugar.
To prepare a lush and at the same time crispy dessert, follow the steps:
- Beat eggs with kefir, vodka.
- We mix flour, salt.
- Knead the elastic dough: if it does not work out, then there is little flour.
- From the finished test according to the standard scheme, we form the future brushwood.
Fry a treat in boiling oil, and sprinkle with powder on preparedness.
Cookies Option
Did you know that the dough for brushwood can be liquid. In this case, an interesting cookie is obtained. The only difficulty is that you need a special form to perform the manipulations with the dough.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs;
- a glass of milk;
- 100 g of sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- a shot of vodka;
- a glass of flour;
- oil.
Cooking:
- Beat the egg with sugar and salt until a small foam forms.
- Pour in milk or water. And then vodka. A serving of alcohol not only gives the liver a crunch, but also helps the treat to absorb less fat.
- We mix in the flour, we see that the dough is completely liquid - this is how it should be.
- The time has come to make cookies: we immerse special molds in the dough and immediately send it to boiling oil. The cookie itself sticks out of shape.

- Mix eggs, sugar and salt.
