- Mushrooms (preferably champignons) - 0.2 kg.;

Cooking process:
- Thoroughly rinse the cereals and pour into boiling salted water (or broth). After boiling, add your favorite spices (black pepper, dried garlic, nutmeg, curry) and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
- We wash the mushrooms, cut into slices, sprinkle with seasonings and salt, simmer until tender.
- Pour the finished buckwheat into a container where the mushrooms were stewed, mix and leave it simmer for a couple of minutes.

With onions and carrots
Buckwheat with mushrooms, onions and carrots is cooked in almost the same way as indicated in the classic recipe, only carrots and onions are added to the main components. The type of mushrooms does not matter much, oyster mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, champignons, mushrooms are suitable for a dish.

How to cook:

The crock-pot has long been one of the favorite kitchen appliances of modern housewives. This amazing device allows you to cook almost any dish without much hassle, while spending a minimum of time. Buckwheat with mushrooms in a slow cooker is very simple to prepare, and the result is tasty and healthy.
To make porridge, we need:
- A glass of cereal;
- 0.2 kg mushrooms;
- Small onion;
- ½ carrots;
- 10 gr. cooking oils;
- Spice.
Step by step recipe:
Step 1
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, pour finely chopped onions and grated carrots. Cook in the "Baking" 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
We add mushroom slices to the vegetables (you can use both fresh and frozen), spices, and fry for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
We add washed buckwheat to the mushrooms, pour in the water and turn on the “Porridge” or “Buckwheat” mode.
Step 4
After the “miracle device” notifies us with a sound signal that the dish is ready, we mix all the components and leave it with the lid closed for another 10 minutes. So porridge will infuse and become even tastier and more aromatic.
With meat and mushrooms
Buckwheat with meat and mushrooms (merchants) is a very juicy and aromatic dish. If desired, it can be supplemented with herbs and bell peppers.
Tasty recipe:buckwheat with meat in a slow cooker
The composition of the dish:
- Buckwheat groats - 1.5 cups;
- Pork - 200 gr.;
- Champignons - 150 gr.;
- Carrots - 1 pc.;
- Onion - 1 pc.;
- Refined oil - 20 gr.;
- Salt.
Phased recipe:
- We wash the meat, dry it, cut into small cubes.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Peel the carrots, cut into cubes.
- We wash the mushrooms well and cut into four parts.
- We wash the groats, if necessary, sort it out.
- In a frying pan with hot oil, fry pork until golden brown. Pour salt and vegetables, fry for 10-15 minutes.
- After time, add mushrooms to the meat, mix well and simmer.
- Add the buckwheat to the roasting, salt to taste, fill with water, mix. Cook under the lid over low heat until the grits are cooked.
- Serve the dish, optionally sprinkled with herbs.
Option with porcini mushrooms

Ingredients:
- Buckwheat;
- Ceps (can be dried);
- Butter.
Recipe:
- Sort fresh mushrooms, rinse thoroughly and chop, if frozen mushrooms are used, then omit these steps.
- Place the "gifts of nature" in boiling water and boil until cooked.
- Set aside the mushrooms, and strain the resulting broth.
- Pour buckwheat into a pan, add mushrooms, butter, salt to taste and pour broth.
- Cook cereals until cooked, stirring if necessary.
Buckwheat with porcini mushrooms will become even tastier if cooked in the oven, and sprinkled with chopped eggs when serving.
Lenten Recipe
Porridge cooked according to this recipe is ideal for people who fast. Buckwheat is a leader in cereals in terms of protein content and easily replaces meat.
For lean buckwheat with mushrooms, we do not need many products, namely: mushrooms, onions, garlic, carrots, butter, water and buckwheat.
Cooking process:
- Fry chopped onions, carrots and mushrooms, adding at the final stage the garlic passed through the press.
- We combine the roasting with the finished buckwheat porridge, serve it and enjoy the taste.
With chicken and mushrooms
According to the recipe below, the dish is baked in the oven. With this heat treatment, buckwheat with chicken and mushrooms is completely saturated with the aroma of mushrooms, and it turns out to be more friable and “steamed”.
Ingredients:
- 300 gr chicken meat;
- 150 gr. any fresh mushrooms;
- 300 gr cereals;
- Bulb;
- Carrot;
- Spice;
- Frying oil;
- Sour cream (mayonnaise) for marinade.
We start cooking:
- First, pickle the meat. To do this, wash it, cut into medium-sized pieces, transfer to a deep bowl, add spices, sour cream (mayonnaise) and mix well. We cover the cup with cling film and send for an hour to a cold place.
- While the chicken is pickling, we proceed to the processing of mushrooms: peel them, rinse well, cut into any form and boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Next, we discard the mushrooms in a colander, let the liquid drain completely, and fry the ingredient in oil. If mushrooms are used in the recipe, then the cooking process should be skipped.
- We wash buckwheat, combine with mushrooms and put in a baking dish.
- Grated carrots and chopped onions, fry until golden brown and distribute on the surface of the cereal.
- We lay the chicken meat on top and fill all the products with two glasses of water, in which we dissolve the salt beforehand.
- We prepare the dish in the oven heated to 200 ° C for 60 minutes.
Serve hot.
