- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt;
- granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- 1 tsp - ground pepper (black);
- water (broth) - 300 ml;
- spice “Hops Suneli” - 1 teaspoon. a spoon;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.
It is better to choose minced meat from different types of meat - beef plus pork, for example. Stuffing is mixed with eggs. Grind the loaf in a blender (no need to soak). Also chop the garlic, onion. The resulting mixture is added to the minced meat. Enter half the salt, mayonnaise, whole pepper. Buckwheat is not salted, as salt is added to the sauce and minced meat.
