  8. Pour into the mixture the broth in which the beef was boiled, or ordinary water so that there were no lumps.
  9. When everything boils, it's time to add prunes. Stew it until soft.
  10. The final touch is salt and pepper.
  11. The meat with the prunes is ready! Can be served with mashed potatoes or rice.

With bell pepper

This option will not leave indifferent at the dining table. The taste of bell pepper will add originality to the Chinese dish.

Take:

  • 400 g of beef pulp;
  • 5 bell peppers (preferably multi-colored);
  • chilli;
  • red onion;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • half a glass of water;
  • ginger root;
  • 2 teaspoons of starch;
  • basil, cilantro and green onions - preferably fresh, in extreme cases, dried;
  • pepper, salt - optional;
  • soy sauce for marinades.

Phased process:

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing the sauce with pepper and butter.
  2. We cut the meat into thin pieces, and send for an hour to marinate.
  3. Peppers and peppers are cut into strips.
