Beef Stew with Prunes

Ingredients:

  • beef tenderloin - 1 kg;
  • salt, bay leaf and ground pepper - to taste;
  • carrots - 2 pieces;
  • prunes - 0.2 kg;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the meat and cut it into squares.
  2. Cut the carrots into half rings.
  3. Chop the onion rings.
  4. Lubricate the bowl with butter and put the beef inside. Select a frying program for 15 minutes. During this time, turn the meat several times so that it is evenly fried.
  5. Now add carrots and onions to the multicooker.
  6. Add tomato paste.
  7. Boil purified water in a teapot and fill it with beef so that the water completely covers the meat.
  8. Set the quenching program for 1 hour.
  9. Cut prunes into 2 or 3 parts.
  10. After 60 minutes, the beef should become soft. Add prunes to the meat and pour hot water.
  11. Stew beef with prunes for another 20-30 minutes.

  • canned mushrooms - 1 can;
  • salt, bay leaf and ground pepper - to taste;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • carrots - 1 piece.

Cooking:

  1. Dice the meat. Chop them with salt and pepper.
  2. All meat is breaded in flour.
  3. Sauté the beef in a slow cooker for 20 minutes. To do this, select the baking program.
  4. Cut the onions into thin rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add it all to the beef. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Now add sour cream, salt, tomato paste and pepper.
  6. Cut pickled mushrooms into thin plates.

  • salt and ground pepper - to taste;
  • tomato juice - 1 cup;
  • onions (white) - 1 head;
  • dried dill - 1 teaspoon;
  • sweet pepper - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • tomato - 1 piece;
  • dried parsley - 1 teaspoon;
  • potatoes - 6 pieces (large).

Cooking:

  1. Chop the beef. The size of the cubes should be about three centimeters.
  2. Dice potatoes. Cut both onions into small pieces.
  3. Sweet pepper cut into thin sticks.
  4. Cut the tomato into large cubes.
  5. Cut the carrots into thin half rings.
  6. Chop the garlic very finely by hand.
  7. In a deep bowl, mix tomato juice and a glass of boiled water.

  13. Set the quenching program for 60 minutes.
  14. Now you can sprinkle with chopped garlic, salt, caraway seeds and other flavorful additions.
  15. Mix everything and put the “stewing” program back on for 30 minutes.
  16. Potato with beef in a slow cooker is ready. This is an independent dish and it does not need any additions. Unless, you can sprinkle everything on top with fresh herbs. Good appetite!

In tomato sauce (with vegetables)

Ingredients:

  • beef - 0.6 kg;
  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • bell pepper - 2 pieces;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • water - 0.3 l;
  • celery (stalks) - 2 pieces;
  • paprika, salt and ground coriander - to taste;
  • carrots - 2 pieces.

Cooking:

  1. Cut beef into thin strips.
  2. Cut the garlic into very thin slices.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings.
  4. Cut bell pepper into thin slices.
  5. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  6. Set the “frying” mode and heat sunflower oil on it.
  7. Now lay the meat and fry it on all sides until dark.
  8. Now put the vegetables - onions, bell peppers, carrots and garlic.
  9. In a separate container, mix the tomato paste with water.
  10. Pour the beef with tomato sauce. Add ground coriander, salt and paprika. All mix.
  11. Now select the quenching program for 120 minutes.
  12. Beef with vegetables is ready. Serve it hot, along with a side dish. For example, with mashed potatoes or rice and a portion of green peas.

With sour cream

Ingredients:

  • beef - 0.3 kg;
  • butter - 2 tsp;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • salt, marjoram and savory to taste;
  • fresh greens - 1 bunch;
  • sour cream - 0.2 kg.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the meat and cut it into large pieces. Beat off the beef, now cut it into thin strips.
  2. Cut the onion into strips or half rings.
  3. Set the quenching mode to 90 minutes.
  4. Put 2 tablespoons of butter inside. When it melts, you can lay the rest of the ingredients.
