Ingredients:

  • Stuffing - 0.5 kg.
  • Cabbage - 1 head of cabbage.
  • Rice - 150 g.
  • Onion - 1pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Fat sour cream - 100 g.
  • Dill.
  • Tomato - 2 pcs.
  • Spice.

The upper cabbage leaves are removed, the vegetable is chopped, transferred to a bowl and frayed for the appearance of juice. In parallel, rice is boiled in about a glass of water until it is completely evaporated. After that, let it cool slightly.

Onions are cut into small pieces, carrots are rubbed with straws on a grater. Stuffed minced meat and vegetables are placed in a prepared bowl, an egg is driven in, spices are added, then the mixture is thoroughly mixed, rice is put in and the minced meat is mixed again.

Sauce preparation: washed tomatoes are divided into 2 halves, the stalk is cut out of them, the flesh is rubbed on a coarse grater, sour cream, chopped dill are added and all this is mixed.

Oil-lubricated form with a lid and a deep bottom. The resulting stuffing is divided into 10 identical parts of which future oblong cabbage rolls are formed. To force the meat to stick to your hands, it is better to constantly moisten them with cold water. “Cutlets” are laid out in a layer, poured with sauce.Another layer is put on top and poured again.   • Rice - 0.4 kg.
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons.
  • Bay leaf.
  • Salt pepper.

Step cooking:

Forcemeat is prepared, the meat is ground in a meat grinder together with onions and garlic. Washed carrots are cut on a grater and added to the meat. There, onions and rice are put in advance. The mixture is salted, peppered and, as it should, mixed.

Washed cabbage forks cut. The cut is divided into 3 equal parts and placed in a pan with a deep bottom. Thus, the minced meat is divided, after which it is placed on top of the cabbage. The ingredients are added until they run out, the last part is cabbage.

At the same time, the sauce is made. Tomato pasta is mixed with a small amount of water, salt and pepper, after which the ingredients lying in the pan are poured.

The contents are thoroughly and very carefully mixed, stewed on low heat for up to 20 minutes, and then bay leaves are added. Cooking continues until the rice has softened. The mixture in the pan is salted and pepper. The fire turns off, the bay leaves are removed, and the cabbage rolls remain infused for about 15 minutes.

The recipe for stewed cabbage stuffed in a saucepan is a real classic in cooking.

For him you will need:

  • Stuffing - 0.5 kg.
  • Cabbage - 0.5 kg.
  • Undercooked rice - 150 g.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • ¼ cup cold water for minced meat.
  • Pepper: peas and ground.
  • Salt.

Cabbage is cut into strips. The cut is poured with boiling water, closed with a lid and stands like this for 10 minutes, transferred to a colander, and the water is drained.

The peeled and washed carrots are grated, and the onion is cut into small pieces at the same time. All this is fried a little in oil in a pan.

Stuffing is diluted with a small amount of water (not hot, otherwise it will boil), mixed with cabbage, rice and frying. If it turned out to be too much, then part is added to the minced meat, and the other half is additionally put during the stewing in the pan.

An egg is placed in the minced meat. All this is salted, peppered and mixed. Then small balls are formed from it. You can make them elongated. Cabbage rolls are placed in a greased container.

The sauce is mixed in a bowl or glass: tomato paste, sour cream and water are added. All this is put to meat balls. Then with water so that it covers them half. The sauce is salted, peppered, dried herbs and bay leaves are put.

Cabbage rolls are placed on the stove, covered with a lid. After boiling, the fire is reduced to small and the extinction continues for 20 minutes. In the process, the balls are poured with sauce.

Fillet and onion are sent through a meat grinder. Cabbage is chopped and mixed with the resulting meat. An egg, salt and pepper are placed there. Everything is thoroughly mixed.

Carrots are cut on a grater and onions are cut into small half rings.

Small meat balls are formed, which are well crumbled in flour. Then they are not fried for a long time in a pan. Stuffing will hold together, the balls will take shape and will not crumble.

Cabbage rolls are moved to a pan, put on the stove and watered. At the same time, oil is poured into the pan and warmed up, carrots and onions are poured out.   • Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Spice.

Rice is washed and poured into dishes, poured with cool water, until the semi-finished stage comes, 10 minutes after the start of boiling. All water is drained from boiled rice, it is washed and filtered.

Thinly cabbage is chopped and wrinkled with hands, poured with boiling water, covered with a lid on top and stands like this for up to 10 minutes. At the same time, carrots and onions are washed and peeled, mixed together and divided into two identical halves.

One part is fried in oil for 5 minutes. Stuffing is mixed with rice and vegetables. All water is drained from the cabbage. It, as it should, is manually wrung out and added to the minced meat. All this is mixed, salted and pepper, spices are added.

Small clumps of oblong shape are formed from minced meat, which are laid out on a frying pan pre-oiled.

To prepare the sauce, the second part of vegetables is fried along with tomato paste, salt and pepper. The resulting mixture is poured into cabbage rolls, covered with foil on top and put in the oven for up to 30 minutes.   • Oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Greenery.
  • Fat sour cream - 0.3 kg.
  • Dried garlic.
  • Flour.
  • Spice.

Cabbage is finely chopped, after which boiling water is poured into it for 5 minutes. The minced meat is stuffed with herbs, dried garlic, spices, boiled rice and chopped onions. When the water melts from the cabbage, it is also added to the mixture.

Small cutlets are formed, sprinkled with flour, then fried until half cooked, first without a lid, then 10-15 minutes under it.

At the same time, the sauce is made. Carrots are grated and chopped onions. Vegetables are mixed and fried in a pan. Before the state of semi-preparedness, 2 teaspoons of flour is added, everything is mixed and fried for a couple of minutes. ⅓ cup of boiled water is poured into the mixture, mixed until smooth. After put sour cream, herbs, spices, again mixed. It should boil, after which the fire on the stove is reduced to a slow one.

Cabbage rolls are dipped in the prepared sauce and stewing lasts half an hour under the lid.

  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 4 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil.
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • Common salt.

Cabbage is chopped into small strips. Pre-cooked meat is fed through a meat grinder. At the same time, onions and butter are fried in a pan. An important point: it should completely cover the bottom of the tank. Cabbage is put in there, ½ cup of water is poured and stewed, stirring occasionally.

Cabbage is salted, tomato paste and bay leaf are added. Everything mixes and pushes. Raw rice is placed on top without stirring. Water is poured so that it slightly covers the cereal. Stewed under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
