So, to prepare a naked wedding cake, you will need:

  • flour - 1.5 kg;
  • sugar - 1 kg;
  • vanillin –2 sachets;
  • eggs - 20 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - 20 tbsp. l .;
  • baking powder - 3 sachets;
  • hot water - 20 tbsp. l .;
  • fat cream –800 g;
  • sour cream 20% - 400 g;
  • liquor - 10 tbsp. l .;
  • fruits and flowers for decoration.

Cooking:

  1. Initially, you need to prepare a cake pan and parchment paper. There will be 6 large cake layers, which, in turn, will make up a three-tier cake.
  2. Turn on the oven for warming up and start preparing a gentle biscuit dough.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar until a thick white mass is added, add vanillin and flour, mix very carefully so that the dough does not sit, pour water and vegetable oil into the resulting mass, knead carefully.

  11. Cakes should be cut into two parts (if their crusts are closer to brown than to chocolate, then it is worthwhile to peel them slightly with a knife).
