Felip Panton is an artist of Argentinean origin who works in the fields of kinetic art, installations, graffiti and design. His style is characterized by the use of bold colors, geometric patterns and op art elements. Here are examples of the artist’s works, from which in the literal sense of the word a head may spin.

Studying ordinary graffiti, typography and abstraction, Felip decided to create his own direction. His work combines bold graphic design elements with highly developed geometric shapes. This creates an ultramodern aesthetic that complements absolute modernity with our everyday cityscapes.

Although Felip was born in Buenos Aires (Argentina), the young artist moved to Spain with his family in early childhood. There, in a small town in southeastern Spain, Panton discovered graffiti and painted his first work at the age of 12. After this first test of the pen, the artist was drawn into the “sphere of art” and since then has not stopped drawing.

Felip spent a year in England studying art, but soon found the courses meaningless and abandoned them, deciding to study independently through practice and personal cleverness. Years later, Panton settled in Valencia (Spain), where he played a significant role in creating the notorious D.O.C.S team, known for its interesting experiments with letters and symbols.

At the same time, Felip continued to develop his unique style of avant-garde graffiti, which led him to become a member of the legendary European team Ultra Boyz. Panton believes that his work was influenced by artists such as Jose Maria Ituralde, Frederic Plateus, Herb (Coat of Arms) Lubalin, Rob Gonzalez, Stephen Powers and Demsky.

Although he mainly worked in Valencia, Panton's street work allowed him to travel the world - his unique work on the walls now flaunts in Tokyo, London, Osaka, Paris and other major cities from Asia to Europe.

Combining ordinary graffiti, typography and abstract elements, his work combines the basics of graphic design with highly developed geometric shapes, thereby creating a modern and futuristic aesthetic.

Panton has an impact on the modern problems of the digital age and the rapid endless development of technology, thanks to which it opens up a new visual language for communication. All these elements create a repeating leitmotif in the compositions of Felip, forming an exciting unique view of the world today.

His work, from graffiti to kinetic art, is characterized by strong contrasts, bright acid colors, a unique glossy style and visual effects. Using a mixed environment and a variety of technologies allows Felip to exert a strong influence on the viewer.

Felip often uses gradients, unstructured graphics, and shadows, mixing geometric black and white shapes superimposed with neon with metallic colors that come off painted walls. Neon color creations are text-based, highlighted by the constant use of brilliant white and strong neon colors that challenge both movement and perspective.

His graffiti resembles the atmosphere of the 1980s - bright color fonts, Synth pop music and color bars on the TV.
