Classic recipe

The basic recipe combines the speed and ease of preparation, as well as the piquant taste that the dish receives from the champignons added to it. Traditionally, Italians themselves make fettuccini from homemade dough. To simplify, you can buy ready-made pasta, which is sold in the store.

  • olive oil - 20 g;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • champignons - 150-160 g;
  • onions - 1⁄2 onion;
  • cream (the higher the fat content, the tastier) - 150 ml;
  • fettuccine - 200 g;
  • salt to taste;
  • cheese - 50 g.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Grind garlic, clove - 1-2 plates.
  2. Dice the onion.
  3. Grind the mushrooms into medium-sized plates.
  4. In a cold pan, warm the mixture of olive and sunflower oil.
  5. Put the garlic, fry for 2 minutes, then remove.
  6. Lay out the mushrooms.
  7. Wait until they empty the juice, and fry until the liquid evaporates.
  8. Salt, pepper if desired.
  9. To mushrooms put half the onion, fry.
  10. Pour in cream, reduce heat and simmer until cooked.

This dish will be more satisfying - it has a meat component. Ideal if you do not want to mess with raw meat, such as chicken.

  • paste - 200 g;
  • cheese - 50 g or more to taste;
  • ham - 200 g;
  • cream - 150 ml;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • butter - 50 g.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Put water on the stove, bring to a boil and salt. Boil fettuccine to al dente.
  2. Put butter in a cold pan and melt.
  3. Arrange chopped garlic and fry.
  4. Put the ham to them and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Salt and pepper.
  6. Pour cream and add cheese.
  7. Simmer until tender.
  8. Spread fettuccine portionwise, pour sauce on top.

Chicken and mushroom fettuccine pasta

  • chicken fillet - 150 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • olive oil - to taste;
  • champignons - 120 g (other mushrooms are also suitable, but they take longer to cook);
  • fettuccine - 200 g;
  • fat cream - 200 ml;
  • Parmesan cheese - 100 g.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Grind the fillet into cubes, coat with salt and pepper.
  2. Leave to soak the fillet for 20 minutes.
  3. Fry in olive oil until half cooked.
  4. To them add champignons, which are previously chopped into plates.
  5. Fry for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
  6. Heat the cream over medium heat. Do not boil.
  7. Add warm cream to meat and mushrooms.

  • champignons - 100 g;
  • paste - 150 g;
  • dry white wine - 150 g;
  • cream - 100 ml;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • cheese - 100 g.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Finely chop the bacon.
  2. Grind champignons.
  3. Stew bacon in a pan for several minutes over low heat.
  4. Put mushrooms on it.
  5. Increase the heat and fry, stirring the ingredients.
  6. Add the garlic.
  7. Pour in wine and simmer until the liquid evaporates in half.
  8. Pour in the cream.
  9. Pour in cheese.
  10. Cook a couple more minutes.

  • fettuccine - 300 g;
  • champignons - 200 g;
  • cream - 250 ml;
  • meat broth - 250 ml;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • salt, pepper, paprika - to taste;
  • greens - to taste;
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Thinly washed and dried meat.
  2. Grind the mushrooms into plates.
  3. Mix broth with starch.

  5. Boil the noodles to an al dente state.
