Is it possible to treat yourself to potato pancakes if you really want to stay slim?
You will be surprised, but this is quite possible if you take zucchini as a basis. Draniki from this product is not inferior in taste, they are very good and at the same time do not contain so many calories.
Ingredients:
- not too large zucchini;
- one medium onion;
- one chicken egg;
- flour (the dough should be consistent, like thick sour cream)
- spices, salt
- baking powder (optional);
- olive / sunflower oil;
- Sour cream sauce (for serving).
Stages of cooking step by step:
- Before cooking, wash the zucchini, and then clean it. Grate it, it is better to use a large one, since the vegetable gives a lot of juice when chopping. However, so that the taste of this vegetable is not too obvious, you can use fine, while adding a little more flour.
- Add salt, pepper. An interesting combination of this vegetable with ginger, garlic, nutmeg.
- Add the egg, mix well.
- In the resulting mass, put the flour until the dough of the desired consistency is obtained.
- If there is a desire that the resulting pancakes were more magnificent, baking powder should be added.
- We heat the pan, add a small amount of oil.
- Pour the fritters into the pan using a tablespoon.
- We fry them until a brown crust appears on both sides.
- We spread the resulting pancakes on a dish. To reduce calories, you can pat them with a paper towel.

Zucchini pancakes with cheese in the oven
To prepare, take:
- medium sized zucchini;
- salt pepper;
- cheese / cheese product (200 g);
- chicken egg;
- flour / semolina of choice (1 tbsp.);
- any oil that can be used for frying;
- parsley or dill, garlic;
- sour cream, yogurt for dressing.
Cooking
- Three zucchini, using a coarse grater, remove excess water.
- Break the egg and add to the mass, stir well.
- Salt, pepper.
- Add the flour.
- Mix the resulting mass.
- We heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees.
- Form pancakes on a baking sheet using a tablespoon.
- We send potato pancakes to the oven, not forgetting to sprinkle with cheese before this.
- Peel and chop the garlic. Wash greens thoroughly, then chop and mix with garlic. This mass is added to sour cream.
The dish is served warm.
Zucchini pancakes with minced meat

You will need the ingredients:
- zucchini (preferably young);
- egg (1 pc.);
- onions (1 pc.);
- spices (black pepper, paprika, a little salt);
- refined oil suitable for frying;
- minced meat (200 g).
Cooking
- My zucchini, three on a grater, remove excess juice, if necessary.
- Break the egg, add it to the squash.
- Mix thoroughly, adding salt and pepper.
- Add the flour, bringing the dough to the consistency of sour cream of medium density.
- Remove to heat for 10 minutes.
- To the minced meat add spices, onions, grated on a fine grater, paprika. Mix thoroughly.
- We spread the third part of the dough into a pan, giving the form of a large pancake. Fry on both sides.
- We spread 1⁄2 part of the minced meat, gently leveling (the minced meat must first be put out in a pan until cooked).
- Top with the rest of the squash dough and cook under a half-closed lid for about 5 minutes, after reducing the heat.
- Remove the lid, turn the pancake over and, making the fire stronger, fry until tender.
- To make the dish look beautiful, you can put it on a pillow of lettuce leaves, decorating the edges with cherry tomatoes (optional).
- Serve best with sour cream.
Garlic Sauce Recipe
Ordinary pancakes (see the classic recipe, at the beginning of the article) can be served with garlic sauce, for the preparation of which you will need:
- Sour cream (200 g);
- garlic (2 cloves);
- juice of half a lemon.
The sauce will give the dish a special piquancy.
Zucchini pancakes with potatoes
If you want to make pancakes more satisfying, you can use the following recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 squash of medium size;
- medium-sized potatoes (4 pcs.);
- salt pepper;
- 1 egg
- flour (6 tablespoons with a slide).
- Grind zucchini and potatoes on a coarse grater and squeeze.
- Add the egg, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sifted flour.
- Thoroughly mix the resulting mass until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
