Strawberry sliced in pieces is laid out on a biscuit. From above, it is poured with the resulting curd mass and baked in the oven for another 5 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, and then drops to 140 for about 40 minutes.

- Cream 30% - 200 ml.
- Drain oil - 150 g.
- Gelatin - 20 g.

- Strawberry - 100 g.
Gelatin is poured with cold boiled water and refrigerated for an hour. Then we begin to prepare the basis for the cheesecake. Cookies are crushed and crumbled, butter is melted. They are mixed together. You can add a couple of teaspoons of cocoa, so that the base acquires a beautiful shade.
The bottom of the baking dish is lined with oiled paper. We spread the cookies in an even layer and leave them in the refrigerator to freeze the mixture.
We take gelatin out of the refrigerator, put it on the stove and, as soon as the boiling begins, immediately remove it. Cream and sugar are whipped at the same time, add cheese and cooled gelatin. All this mix.

- Cottage cheese - 0.5 kg.
- Sugar - 200 g.
- Drain oil - 100 g.
- Cream 30% - 400 ml.
- Fresh or frozen strawberries - 200 g.
- Lemon - 1 pc.
- Vanillin - 1 tsp.
- Gelatin - 5 teaspoons.
- Strawberry Jelly Concentrate - 100g
In a blender, cookies are ground together with butter to a state of homogeneous mass. It is evenly distributed on the bottom of a round shape.
Gelatin is poured with boiling water and left to cool. At the same time, the cottage cheese is crushed, cream, sugar are added to it and all this is mixed in a blender. - Meringues with vanilla - 20-25 pcs.

- Sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons.
- Gelatin - 3 tsp.
Strawberries are carefully ground in a blender to a state of gruel. Gelatin is mixed with a couple of teaspoons of warm water, after 5 minutes it is poured into boiling water and mixed thoroughly.

The resulting strawberry puree is laid out on a cheesecake and spread evenly over the entire surface. Cover the cake with foil and put it in the refrigerator for the night.
Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake
What is needed:
- Cookies - 150 g.
- Chocolate - 200 g or two bars of 100 g each
- White Chocolate - 50 g.
- Cottage cheese - 0.5 kg.
- Sugar - 150 g.
- Fat sour cream - 0.5 kg.
- Milk - 50 ml.
- Strawberry - 300 g.
- Gelatin - 4 tsp.

- Gelatin - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons.
- Fresh strawberries - 200 g.
- Mint leaves.
- White chocolate.
Strawberry is whipped to a puree state, mixed with melted gelatin and sugar.
Cream cake cream must be prepared in advance, at least one day in advance. Broken white chocolate is mixed with cream and melted over low heat, constantly stirring until a uniform mass. Cool down.
