Then the prepared potato ovals are fried in oil for exactly 11 seconds. During this time, they become crispy, a little ruddy, but do not burn.
Almost ready-made chips are sent to the next conveyor, where the factory workers give them the chosen taste with special aromatic mixtures. It remains only to weigh and package the product.
