  2. Cover the dough with a film and leave for half an hour.
  3. While the dough is resting, you can prepare the cream. To do this, beat all the ingredients except the oil, put the resulting composition on the stove and cook until thickened. As soon as the cream cools down a little, put the butter and stir the mixture with a whisk.
  4. Roll out thin crusts from the dough and bake them like pancakes in a hot frying pan. So that the cakes do not swell, they must be punctured.
  5. Crumble the ugliest cake, and lay out the rest in a pile, not forgetting to coat the third step with a sweet composition.
  6. Smear the sides and top of the cream with cream and sprinkle crumbs on all sides.
  7. To make the cake soft, it must be soaked well. Therefore, put it in the refrigerator for several hours.

Whipped cookie dessert without baking

Ingredients:

  • square cookie (24 pieces);
  • a third kilo of soft cottage cheese;
  • 120 ml sour cream;
  • 65 g of granulated sugar;
  • half-pack of butter;
  • 110 g of prunes;
  • cocoa.

Cooking method:

  1. Since you don’t have to bother with the dough, we proceed immediately to the preparation of the cream. To do this, mix well the curd product with a sweetener. Then we combine sweet cottage cheese with melted butter and add chopped prunes, which must first be soaked in warm water.
  2. Now we take the form, cover it with cling film so that the edges hang on the sides.
  3. We form the first layer of cookies, on top of which we spread the curd cream. Then again distribute the cookies and continue until all the components of the dessert are over.
  4. Then gently flip the form and remove the film from the cake. Coat it with cream, sprinkle with cocoa and send it to a cool place so that the dessert is properly soaked.

On kefir with sour cream

  • half a liter of kefir;
  • sugar to taste;
  • 1 ½ tbsp. flour;
  • three eggs;
  • two tablespoons of cocoa;
  • half a liter of thick sour cream;
  • 1 tsp soda (slaked).

Cooking method:

  1. With a mixer or manually mix the eggs, sweetener and kefir.
  2. Then we introduce flour with soda and stir. We got the dough by the consistency of thick sour cream.

The sour-milk product can be replaced with sour cream, and in any case, the dessert turns out to be very tender and sweet. And so that the cake comes out also soft, do not forget about the impregnation of cakes.

Ingredients:

  • two glasses of granulated sugar (half - in cream);
  • three eggs (one in cream);
  • 210 ml of high fat kefir (sour cream);
  • six tablespoons of cocoa (half in cream);
  • two glasses of flour (1.5 tablespoons - in cream);
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 380 ml of milk for impregnation.

Cooking method:

  1. With a whisk, mix the eggs with sugar and kefir, then pour in all the dry ingredients for the dough. We mix the mass until smooth, so that the base turns out without lumps.
  2. We bake a biscuit in the oven, or you can do this in a multicooker in the “Baking” mode, 50 minutes.
  3. Drive eggs into the stewpan, pour flour, sugar and cocoa. Pour warm milk and put the composition on the fire. As soon as the cream thickens, remove it from the stove and add a little butter if desired.
  4. Cut the finished biscuit along. Soak cakes, surface and sides with custard. We decorate the dessert to your liking and put in the cold for half an hour.

The simplest fruit cake

Fruit desserts adore everything, because with such ingredients it is impossible to spoil a single delicacy. We offer you to cook a quick cake from gingerbread cookies, which your relatives and friends will definitely appreciate. Any fruit can be used, but this time we will take bananas and kiwi.

Ingredients:
