For dough, mix bulk products - yeast, flour, salt and sugar.

- butter - 80 g for dough and 40 g for cream;
- milk - 1 cup;
- sugar - 100 g and a glass in cream;

- eggs - 2 units;
- dry type yeast - 11 g .;
- Mascarpone - 50 gr.;

- Roll out the rest of the dough with a layer. Separately mix cinnamon, vanilla and sugar. Sprinkle the formation with this mixture, but not completely - leave 2-3 cm on one side. Twist the formation into a roll, cut into 12 pieces.
- Cover the baking sheet with a silicone mat or baking paper. Spread the buns and leave to rise for an hour. After baking in a hot oven at 180 degrees. third of an hour.
- While the buns are baking, prepare the cream: combine the mascarpone, powder, oil and vanillin together and thoroughly work with a whisk.
- Sinabon should cool down a bit, and then you can pour it with delicious cream.
With apples
For making buns:
- milk - 2 glasses .;
- sugar - half a glass and ¾ glass;
- oil post. - half a glass;
- dry yeast - 2 ¼ tsp;
- flour - 4 ½ cup .;
- salt - a couple of tsp;
- soda - ½ tsp;
- baking powder - 1 tsp;
- drain. ghee - ¾ glass .;

Apple-honey caramel:
- drain. oil - 120 gr.;
- salt - a pinch;

Roll out the dough into a layer, grease with ghee, sprinkle with a sugar-cinnamon mixture. Wrap the workpiece with a roll and cut into pieces - it should turn out about 16 pieces. Put them with a slice down on caramel, cover with a towel and leave a little to disperse.
