Both adults and children love fast food from McDonald's. This recipe will help you make buns for your favorite hamburger at home. So the buns will turn out even tastier and healthier than in a restaurant.

From these ingredients you get a bun dough:

  • warm water;
  • milk;
  • dry yeast;
  • sugar;
  • salt;
  • butter;
  • flour;
  • sesame.

Procedure:

  1. Boil a half cup of water. Then cool to 40 degrees. Dilute in water 1 tbsp. l yeast.
  2. Boil ½ tbsp. milk.
  3. 3 tbsp. l mix sugar with ¼ tsp. salt and 3 tbsp. l butter.
  4. Add milk to this mixture. Stir.
  5. Wait until the mixture is suitable for yeast temperature.
  6. Combine the mixture and the yeast solution.
  7. Gradually add 7 cups flour.
  8. Stir so that there are no lumps left. If it is already difficult to knead in a bowl, knead the dough directly on the table.
  9. To properly knead the dough, it will take no more than 10 minutes. After that, grease the dough with vegetable oil.
  10. The dough in vegetable oil should be infused in a bowl, tightly covered with a lid and set in a warm place. It must be insisted for an hour.
  11. If everything is done correctly, the dough will greatly increase in size, and it should be enough for twenty buns.
  12. Divide the dough into an even number of balls.
  13. Spread the dough balls over a greased baking sheet. But it’s not yet time to preheat the oven: you need to cover the dough with a towel and leave for another hour.
  14. After this time, preheat the oven and bake buns greased with milk and sprinkled with sesame seeds until a crust appears.

Black base for fast food

Despite the fact that for many black buns remain a curiosity, they are very easy to make. The only difference between them is the presence of a dye, the quality of which in our recipe is activated carbon.

All we need:

  • flour;
  • yeast;
  • warm water;
  • sugar;
  • salt;
  • sesame seeds (preferably black);
  • butter;
  • olive oil;
  • Apple juice;
  • activated carbon (or packaging of black food coloring).

Procedure:

  1. If, as food coloring, the choice fell on the activated carbon indicated by us, grind 1 package to a powder state.
  2. In 150 ml of warm water add ½ tsp. salt, 1.5 tbsp. l sugar and packaging of dry yeast.
  3. Add 250 g flour to the resulting mixture.
  4. Mix 2 tbsp. l apple juice with 1 tsp. activated carbon powder.
  5. The mixture should look like a thick black sauce.
  6. When you have thoroughly mixed everything, add the “sauce” to the mass of flour and sugar.
  7. Knead and knead the dough.
  8. Cover with a towel and let it brew for an hour in a warm place.
  9. Knead the risen dough again.
  10. From the specified number of ingredients, you get buns for four burgers.

How to Bake Brioche Buns

These tender buns are like from a French film! But to try them, it is not necessary to rush to France. You can cope with cooking at home.

All you need:

  • flour;
  • sugar;
  • salt;
  • yeast;
  • butter;
  • milk;
  • an egg (preferably 1 yolk).

Procedure:

  1. 1 tsp and 100 g of sugar mixed with 100 ml of warm milk.
  2. ½ tsp mix salt with ½ kg flour.
  3. Add beaten egg yolk to the first mixture. While whipping, gradually add flour and salt.
  4. Knead the dough. It should become resilient and not stick to your hands and bowl.
  5. Soften 200 g of butter, add to the mixture and mix.
  6. Now you need to let the test brew so that it rises. Cover it with a towel or foil, leave it in a warm place.
  7. If everything is done, right, the dough will increase by 2 times.
  8. Knead the dough again and leave the covered bowl in the refrigerator for several hours. If possible, leave it all night.
  9. In the morning, do not immediately cook from the dough. Let it stand for half an hour and warm up.
  10. Divide the dough into small balls - the basis for buns. Put on a greased baking sheet and leave for half an hour to insist.
  11. Spread the balls from the dough with the yolk diluted with water, sprinkle with sugar.
  12. Bake until golden brown.

Andy Chef is a true culinary blogging star. According to him, these buns can be used not only for making hamburgers, but simply as a dessert for tea.

  • 650 g of flour;
  • 6 g of salt;
  • 7 g of yeast;
  • 110 g mashed potatoes (without the addition of eggs and milk, just mashed boiled potatoes);
  • 375 g of warm water;
  • 75 g of melted butter;
  • egg;
  • sugar to taste, about 50 g.

Procedure:

  1. Before you make hamburger buns, decide what color buns you want to get. If you want to surprise guests and cook black burgers, add dye to the dough: cuttlefish ink or activated carbon powder.
  2. Combine half the flour, salt and yeast.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the rest of the flour. Shuffle.
  4. Add leftover flour. Beat with a mixer. You should get a homogeneous dough that does not stick to the bowl and hands.

Even people on a diet want such childhood burgers that they love since childhood. And this situation is not at all hopeless.

We will need:

  • Wheat flour;
  • whole grain flour;
  • salt;
  • sugar;
  • vegetable oil;
  • yeast;
  • warm water.

Procedure:

  1. All these ingredients need to be kneaded together. To make 10 rolls, knead 250 g of each type of flour, 3/2 tsp. salt, 3/2 tbsp. l sugar, 2 tbsp. l oil, 2 tsp. yeast and 350 ml of water.
  2. As in previous recipes, after mixing, let the dough stand.
  3. After that, grease the baking sheet and lay the lumps of dough on it. Cover the baking sheet with a thin towel and leave for another 40-45 minutes.
  4. Bake until light brown.
  5. If you don’t like crispy buns, after you take them out of the oven, grease the crusts with cold water.

Hamburger potato roll

Potato buns may seem unusual and even strange, but in fact it is a very tasty and healthy dish.

  • 500 g of peeled potatoes;
  • 35 g butter;
  • 360 g flour;
  • 15 g of sugar;
  • 10 g of yeast;
  • ½ tsp salts;
  • egg;
  • sesame.

Procedure:

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil cubes, crush mashed potatoes.
  2. Important! Do not pour the whole broth from the potatoes, save 50-60 g. This will be needed later.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Leave to insist for an hour.
  4. Make small buns from the dough, place them on a baking sheet. Cover the pan with a thin towel or cling film, leave for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Before putting the pan in the oven, grease the buns with beaten yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
