Unrealistic delicious pancakes on beer and milk

Such pancakes have one nice trick: you will have to lubricate the pan only once before pouring a portion on it for the first pancake. Then they will “bake” themselves - in the dough there is enough fat for this.

You will need products:

  • milk, beer (you need light), flour - one glass of each ingredient;
  • eggs - take a couple of pieces;
  • granulated sugar - enough of a tablespoon;
  • oil (preferably ghee) - two tablespoons is enough;
  • vanilla sugar - not less than 10 grams;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vegetable oil (it is better to take odorless) - 20 grams to lubricate the pan once.

Eggs, both types of sugar and salt are placed in a common bowl and carefully rubbed. Then pour milk into the sugar-egg mixture. Then slowly, with a thin stream, pour the flour, not ceasing to mix the composition. After that we add ghee to the company and mix again.

In the same way, slowly pour beer into an almost ready dough and mix it in the end to get rid of lumps.

And then everything, as usual: a well-heated and greased frying pan, two minutes of baking for each side, and now a plate of unrealistically delicious pancakes rises on a plate. Sour cream, honey or jam - and you can’t pull them off at all.

We brew beer without eggs and milk

  • beer - you will need at least one and a half glasses;
  • flour - take ½ cup;
  • soda and salt - ½ teaspoon of each component;
  • granulated sugar - at least a couple of teaspoons;
  • odorless vegetable oil (pancakes should not smell outsiders) - 20 grams;
  • mayonnaise - at least six tablespoons, or one banana.

In a bowl we send all prepared products (except flour) and mix. Flour goes to the dishes last - a thin stream, with constant stirring.

We leave the finished dough on the table for about 40 minutes. Then you can bake. Lubricate not only the bottom, but also the sides of the pan and pour the dough in portions. Add the browned pancakes to a wide flat plate.

  • Buckwheat flour - one glass;
  • wheat flour - take twice as much;
  • beer (must be light) - at least three glasses;
  • granulated sugar - at least a tablespoon;
  • salt - enough pinch;
  • yeast (it is better to take pressed) - 20 grams is enough;
  • vegetable oil (any, most importantly, not to smell) - a couple of teaspoons.

Sugar, salt and yeast are bred in warm water. Pour the yeast mixture into beer. Now gently, little by little, add flour (in a glass of each type). Knead the dough and leave to rest in the heat.

Did the dough rise? So, it's time to pour in the remaining glass of wheat flour, knead and wait again until it comes a second time.

Everything is ready. Lean pancakes on beer can be baked. You need to do this the same way as with any other pancakes.

Lush pastries on a foamy drink

This recipe is good because that you can use several beers at the same time. The main secret is to get it out of the refrigerator ahead of time. Let it get room temperature.

You will need:

  • flour - take a couple of glasses;
