Classic thin pancakes on mineral water with holes

Sometimes it’s very difficult to find a recipe that will allow you to bake graceful, non-thick pancakes, or, as they are also called, shamrocks. But unusually tasty and mouth-melting products can be made, for example, based on mineral water. If you do not believe, write down the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • half a liter of mineral water (any);
  • 385 g premium flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l regular sugar;
  • 3 medium eggs;
  • 3 tbsp. l refined oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Proper dough is the key to successful pancake baking. First we froth the eggs with the sweetener. A lot of sugar should not be put in the dough, otherwise pancakes will start to burn during frying.
  2. Pour in soda, stir and introduce flour (necessarily sifted). If bubbles jumped over the surface of the mixture, this is good, since it is they that allow you to bake thin pancakes with holes
  3. It remains to add oil, mix again and let the resulting composition rest for 15 minutes. This is necessary so that the flour gives its gluten.
  4. Bake pancakes in a cast-iron skillet or in a special crepe maker. If the products are burnt, then before each serving of dough, coat a frying pan with a piece of bacon.
  5. We put the finished baking in a stack and cover it so that the pancakes are steamed and become even softer and more elastic.

With the addition of milk to the recipe

  • 185 ml of raw milk;
  • 215 ml of mineral water;
  • 3 medium eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l regular sugar;
  • 185 g flour.

Cooking method:

  1. Heat the milk slightly and stir in it sweet granules and a couple of grams of salt.
  2. Then we drive in the eggs and add half the flour. Stir until a homogeneous texture.
  3. Then pour in the mineral water and add flour, once again shake everything well with a whisk.
  4. We fry the pan well, grease it with oil and start baking pancakes until golden.

In soda water with eggs

If you know the classic recipe for making pancakes, then you can always experiment with the ingredients. So, if there was no milk in the house, but there is sparkling water, then pancakes can also be baked on it.

Gas bubbles give the dough a porous structure, and finished products give tenderness and elasticity.

Ingredients:

  • three large eggs;
  • 650 ml of sparkling water;
  • two tablespoons of white sugar;
  • 320 g flour;
  • packaging of vanillin;
  • three tablespoons of refined oil;
  • ½ teaspoon of soda.

Cooking method:

  1. Foam the eggs in a bowl, fill in the sweetener, vanillin and a whisper of salt. Stir until the granules are completely dissolved.
  2. After, put slaked soda, pour in soda water and gradually pour the flour. Thoroughly stir the mixture with a whisk.

Lean pancakes on mineral water

  • 385 ml of water (mineral);
  • 280 g of flour;
  • three tablespoons of sweet sand;
  • lean oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Sift flour, mix with salt.
  2. Pour mineral water into another dish, pour sugar, portioned flour and finally pour oil. Stir the dough until smooth and without lumps.
  3. We cook products in a hot pan.

Without eggs and milk

  • a glass of mineral water;
  • 215 g of flour;
  • 195 ml of boiling water;
  • two tablespoons of refined oil;
  • one and a half tablespoons of white sugar;
  • two pinches of salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour flour, sweetener and salt into the mineral, always sparkling, water. Stir and leave for half an hour.
  2. Then gently pour boiling water, then send the oil and mix thoroughly.
  3. Bake pancakes until golden.

Rye flour

Many housewives use rye flour instead of wheat flour to make pancakes. After all, the latter, in addition to starch, gives nothing to our body.

  • 255 ml of mineral water;
  • 60 ml of sunflower oil;
  • 95 g of rye flour;
  • 20 g of wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • a couple of grams of salt.

  1. Mix rye flour with wheat, as well as sweet and salty granules.
  2. In the resulting dry mixture, first pour the mineral water, and then the oil. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
