For their preparation is used: 800 ml of fat milk, 2-4 tbsp. granulated sugar, 270 g sifted white flour, 2 village eggs, half a small spoonful of soda, vanillin and salt, 4 tbsp. non-aromatic oil.

  1. The milk is slightly warmed up.
  2. In a separate bowl, eggs and sugar are added. Then all vanillin, soda and salt are poured out. The last ingredient will add a delicacy to the treat.
  3. After thoroughly mixing all the products, you can pour non-aromatic vegetable oil and about 1/3 of warm milk into the dough.

This recipe saves a lot of housewife time and clean dishes. The main thing is to prepare in advance a plastic bottle of a suitable volume.   1. In a deep bowl, milk is mixed with sugar and eggs. All products should not be cold, so you need to remove them from the refrigerator in advance.
  2. Sifted flour at least 2 times is poured into the future dough in minimal portions. Each time, the mass must be kneaded in such a way that no lumps remain in it.
  3. Next, soda and boiling water (in the finest stream) are added to the dough. All products need to be mixed quickly so that the mass is smooth and shiny.
  4. After 13-15 minutes, you can start frying treats.
  5. Since the butter is already in the dough, the pan can be greased only before the first portion of the treat.
