Ovenless sponge cake on kefir in the oven

Tender and juicy yields a sponge cake without eggs on kefir, baked in the oven.

To prepare it, you should stock up:

  • white flour - 400 g;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • kefir (any fat content) - 250 ml;
  • unrefined oil - 5-7 tablespoons;
  • soda;
  • vinegar
  • cinnamon and vanilla.

In order for the biscuit to separate well from the form, it is recommended to sprinkle it with semolina, previously lubricated with ghee.

Baking is prepared for 40 minutes, at a temperature of 210 degrees (depending on the capacity of the oven). Preheat the oven in advance.

Flour is sifted in a large bowl or on a table in the form of a slide, after which fragrant spices and soda are added to it. There is 1 small but important secret in this recipe. Before spreading the dough into a mold, it is recommended to heat it for 7 minutes, sprinkling with breadcrumbs first. Gentle dough, once in the heat, will immediately begin to rise little by little in the oven, turning at the end of baking into a beautiful ruddy biscuit.

How to cook in a slow cooker?

You can bake a biscuit without eggs in a slow cooker, delighting homemade delicious pastries.

The recipe for the dough is budgetary, as it includes:

  • flour - 350 g;
  • baking soda - 1 tsp;
  • milk and granulated sugar per 1 tbsp.

Sugar should be poured into the right amount of milk and mixed so that the white grains are completely mixed with the milk liquid. Next to the liquid products, flour and soda, slaked with vinegar, are introduced.

To mix the dough, it is better to use a mixer - knead it with your hands so perfectly will not work.

In the greased multicooker bowl with sunflower oil you need to put the dough and cook it after in the "Baking" mode. Cooking time is about 40 minutes. The prepared pie needs to be slightly cooled, removed from the mold and decorated as desired, using berries, candied fruit, cream or jam.

On condensed milk

Fragrant dessert, festive and delicious (very) can be prepared from:

  • butter - 45 g;
  • condensed milk - 200 ml;
  • liquid - 230 ml (orange juice with zest, milk);
  • flour - 240 g;
  • soda - a teaspoon without a slide;
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

Condensed milk is whipped together with butter and liquid. After you add the right part of flour, soda and lemon juice. The finished dough is laid out in a mold and baked in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees. You can check the readiness of the product using a toothpick.

It is prepared from:

  • premium flour - 130 g;
  • baking powder - 1.2 tsp;
  • butter - 55 g;
  • powdered sugar - 30 g;
  • condensed milk - 3 tsp;
  • lemon peel - 0.5 tsp;
  • lemon juice - 3 tsp;
  • water or hot milk - 70 ml.

Flour, baking powder is sifted into the tank. Separately, powder, condensed milk and butter are mixed. Add lemon zest, juice, mix everything and add flour. Hot milk or water is added at the end gradually, so that the mass becomes the desired consistency. Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees.

In milk

Biscuit is a universal base for baking muffins or cakes. Baking in milk turns out to be gentle, airy, while a product of animal origin can be completely replaced with a plant (soy) component.

To prepare a delicious dessert you need to stock up:

  • sugar - 190 g;
  • milk - 240 ml;
  • flour - 300 g;
  • soda - an incomplete teaspoon;
  • vinegar
  • oil (to lubricate the mold).

Milk liquid and sugar are mixed in a container, after which flour and slaked soda are added. The mass is placed in a greased mold and sent to the oven for 45 minutes. If you wish, you can bake such a cake in a slow cooker.

Egg-free sponge cake on yogurt

Delicious homemade cakes can be easily prepared at home from the simplest products that are always at hand.

A delicious pie according to this recipe is prepared on the basis of:

  • milk - 280 ml;
  • flour - 190 g;
  • natural yogurt - 220 ml;
  • powdered sugar (sugar) - 180 g;
  • vegetable fat - 0.5 cups;
  • vanillin;
  • baking powder - 2.5 tsp

Yogurt is prepared in advance using milk and sourdough (available at the pharmacy). Butter with yogurt, sugar and vanilla are mixed using a blender until smooth. They need to introduce flour, powder, white liquid.

In a mold greased with oil, put in moderately liquid mixture and bake in the oven at a temperature of 210 degrees. If there is a lot of dough, it is better to bake it in 2 sets - this way it will be baked faster and better.
