- beef liver - 500 g;
- onions - 1 head;
- sour cream - 200 g;

We thoroughly rinse the offal, remove the ducts and the hymen. We cut with cubes and fry in vegetable oil.

Rinse the tomatoes, free from the skin, cut into cubes.

- tomato puree - 40 g;
- sour cream - 60 g;
- vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons;
- wheat flour - 1 tbsp;
- some salt.
Let's start with the sauce. We clean the onion, chop it in small cubes, transfer to a hot frying pan with oil. Sprinkle the onion with a spoon of flour, stir and achieve a slight blush. Then we put to the contents of the tomato puree with sour cream, carefully mix everything, warm up for a couple of minutes and set aside.
