What is needed:

  • turkey thigh - 1 pc.;
  • 1 tbsp. l liquid consistency honey;
  • 1 tbsp. l vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l olive (can be sunflower) oil;
  • 1 tsp. rosemary and thyme;
  • a few pieces of prunes;
  • 2 medium apples, preferably sweet, because sour will give a specific taste;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How to make a marinade?

To make the meat soft and odorless, marinate it before baking.

  1. Grate the garlic on a fine grater, or crush with garlic gum.
  2. Mix it with oil, honey and vinegar. The marinade is ready.


How to cook:

  1. Wash your hips. If feathers remain on the skin, remove with tweezers.
  2. With the legs as carefully as possible so as not to severely damage the skin, cut off the soft part. No bone needed.
  3. Pepper the fillet, salt, sprinkle with thyme and rosemary on all sides, then, together with the skin, dip in the marinade and leave at least 1.5 hours at room temperature. If there is time left, it is best to put the workpiece in the refrigerator overnight.

  1. You only need to take the turkey thigh fillet, cutting out the bone and removing the skin. Cut it into small cubes.
  2. For marinade: mix soy sauce and vinegar in equal proportions. Immerse the meat there for 0.5 hours.
  3. Beat a chicken egg with corn starch (2 tbsp. L.). You get a breading in which you need to roll turkey cubes. Fry for 5 minutes, and then put on a piece of paper or a paper towel so that the glass has excess oil.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine: ¾ cup chicken stock, a tablespoon of vinegar and soy sauce, the same amount of sugar and tomato paste. Add chopped bell pepper and carrots to this sauce (it is better to boil it for 3 minutes beforehand). Stew together for 5 minutes.
