  • 0.2 kg ripe bananas;

  • 0.5 liters of milk or cream;

Cooking process:

  • 0.2 kg of cottage cheese;

  • 70 grams of powdered sugar;

  • 400 milliliters of milk;
  • about 30 grams of butter;

  • three small ripe bananas.

Cooking process:

  1. Put the butter, cut into pieces, into the pan, fill it with water and start heating, but over low heat and not allowing the mixture to boil.
  2. As soon as the contents begin to boil, immediately add vanillin and sugar, mix and keep on the stove until everything is dissolved.
  3. Peel the bananas, crush with a fork or hands, put in a saucepan, again mix and boil for a while.
  4. When the cream becomes thick it can be removed, then cooled and used.

With condensed milk

Required Products:

  • butter packaging;
  • two medium bananas, but always ripe;
  • half a can of condensed milk, approximately 200 grams.

Cooking process:

  1. Please note that all components should be approximately in equal proportions, that is, only 200 grams each. If you need more at the exit of the cream, then increase the amount of ingredients equally.
  2. Peel the bananas, knead with a fork until mashed.
  3. The oil will need not cold, slightly softened. It is better to take care of this in advance. Beat it with a mixer or a blender and, without turning off the appliance, add condensed milk and then bananas to it. Bring to homogeneity and the cream is ready.

Banana Cream with Sour Cream

Sour cream-banana cream turns out to be very satisfying, but at the same time light. The ingredients for it require only the simplest, but the taste comes out very rich, although you will have to spend enough time for this.

Required Products:

  • 300 grams of ripe bananas;
  • about 400 grams of sour cream, necessarily oily;
  • two tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar.

Cooking process:

  1. We put the sour cream in cheesecloth, tie it on top, so that something like a bag forms, we hang it and put a bowl under it so that the liquid drains. We leave for the night or approximately for 8-10 hours.
  2. Peel the fruit, knead it with your hands or a fork, pour the puree with lemon juice and sprinkle with powder, mix.
  3. When the allotted time for sour cream has passed, combine it with bananas and beat well with a mixer.
  4. Leave it for at least an hour to cool, it is advisable to put it in the refrigerator so that the sour cream does not deteriorate and the cream is ready for use. But before that, you need to beat it again.

Delicious layer with chocolate

Required Products:

  • a little more than 100 grams of milk chocolate;
  • half a lemon or an orange;
  • three small ripe bananas;
  • about three tablespoons of sugar;
  • two tablespoons of cocoa.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces or simply break them, and then with a fork or a blender make mashed fruit.
  2. Squeeze the juice from half an orange or lemon, combine it with banana puree.
  3. Add a little sugar there, if desired, the amount can be adjusted to your taste. We put cocoa and pour literally 50 milliliters of water.
  4. We send the resulting mixture to the stove and wait for the boiling process to begin.
  5. We divide the chocolate into cubes, put it on the remaining components and stir until it is completely dissolved.
  6. After this, remove the layer from the fire, leave it for a while so that it cools, you can remove it in the refrigerator for half an hour and then use it for other purposes.
