In a bowl, place all the products except flour, begin to beat with a blender. Gradually add flour until a homogeneous mass is formed. Give the dough a little insist. After 20-30 minutes, you can bake pancakes. Pour a small amount of dough onto a greased and well-heated pan. In a circular motion, distribute it on the surface of the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides. Thus, continue to bake the remaining pancakes.

No flour added


 

The main components of the recipe are eggs, bananas and not a gram of flour. The result is healthy and low-calorie pancakes. For cooking, you need to take 3 bananas and 2 eggs. Thanks to a simple recipe, an exotic treat is easy to cook at home. You do not need to go to Thailand for this, just have the necessary products and a little patience. Traditionally, Thai pancakes are fried in a mobile kitchen (mashinnitsa). For hearty Thai pancakes you will need the following products:

  • flour 0.5 kg
  • salt 1 tsp
  • sugar st. l
  • 125 ml of milk
  • 125 ml of water
  • 100 ml palm (olive) oil
  • 15 bananas
  • powdered sugar
  • condensed milk
  • butter for frying

 

Combine flour, salt, sugar, butter, and milk in a bowl. Stirring the food, pour in enough water with a spatula to make an elastic dough. Then you need to knead the dough with your hands for 10-15 minutes. Then wrap the dough in polyethylene and send in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. When the dough is infused, it must be divided into 15-20 balls. Lubricate them with palm (olive) oil, cover with a damp cloth so that they do not dry out. Cut bananas into thin rings. It is easier to roll out dough balls on a silicone mat. Pancakes should be very thin (transparent). Fry them in a hot, greased pan. While one side is fried, bananas are laid in the center top. The edges of the pancake are wrapped in an envelope, turned over so that the other side is fried. Crisp envelopes are cut with a knife into 9 equal parts. Top watered with condensed milk, sprinkled with icing sugar. Pancakes are served with hot heat on paper plates with wooden skewers.

Banana Pancakes


 

If you put a banana filling inside the pancakes, the taste will be magical. For their preparation, you can take any classic recipe. Cooking pancakes with banana filling start with the dough. It is necessary to take 1 liter of milk, 5-6 eggs, 2 tbsp. l sugar, a pinch of salt, 100 ml of vegetable oil and flour as it goes. Set the pancake batter aside. For the filling you will need: 5 bananas, butter 50 gr., Icing sugar. Peel bananas. Cut into circles of small thickness. Melt the butter in a saucepan, place the bananas there. Stir to transparency. Fill the pancakes with the cooled filling, roll up with an envelope or a straw. If desired, they can be fried on both sides. Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.

Chocolate Recipe


 

For the filling, you can use any quality chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60%. Pancakes are cooked according to a basic or any other recipe. Options for preparing the filling:

  1. Break a bar of chocolate into pieces, place in a saucepan, which we put in a water bath. We pour ready-made pancakes with hot liquid chocolate, twist and serve.
  2. Add melted butter to melted chocolate. Stir well to melt the butter. Grease each pancake with the resulting filling.
  3. You can put grated chocolate inside the pancakes, then roll and fry in butter. During the frying process, the chocolate will melt.

Diet pancakes are obtained with a much smaller number of calories, they can be enjoyed without fear for a figure. For cooking you will need: 2 eggs, a banana and a spoonful of lemon juice.
