  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of milk;
  • 450 g of Philadelphia cheese;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of milk;
  • 220 g Mascarpone cheese;
  • 320 g of powdered sugar.

Cooking method:

  1. Beat soft butter with sugar. Without interrupting the mixer, pour in vegetable oil.
  2. Divide the eggs into white and yellow parts. Yolks in the company with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract add to the batch and beat well.
  3. Add kefir to the mixture.
  4. In a separate container, prepare a dye by mixing it with vinegar in a ratio of 3: 1. Then tint the base of the cake with it.
  5. Mix dry ingredients (flour, soda, salt and cocoa) and gradually mix.
  6. Beat the whites until a white foam appears, then evenly distribute them in the dough.

  9. Divide the cream into 4 parts. Spread three of them on each cake, and evenly distribute the fourth on each side. Additionally decorate the cake to taste.

The product without loss of taste can be stored in the refrigerator for a week, and its freezing is also allowed.

Cooking method:

  1. Turn cookies into crumbs and combine with soft butter.
  2. Lay out the base of the demountable form with parchment, on top of which distribute the crumb. In addition to the lower part, it is necessary to make cheesecake sides out of it. After that, send for 15 minutes to the freezer for solidification.
  3. To prepare the filler, you should use products that have managed to warm up to room temperature after the refrigerator. Using a mixer, mix Philadelphia and sugar. Then one at a time gradually introduce the eggs.
  4. Add sour cream, vanilla and lemon ingredients, mix with a spatula.
