The most delicate filling is obtained from cottage cheese. It is better to take a product of 5-9% fat. In addition to cottage cheese (200 g) you will need: a pinch of vanilla sugar, 60 g of granulated sugar, 50 g of raisins, 3 tbsp. sour cream.

  1. Raisins are poured with boiling water for 15 minutes, after which it is washed a couple of times with cold water.
  2. Dried fruit, cottage cheese, both types of sugar, sour cream are sent to the blender bowl. Together, the ingredients are whipped until smooth. The sweetness of the curd filling can be adjusted to your liking.
